Why should we add it? -Ā Just makes sense to do so as everything else has a minimum as well. What are the advantages of having this? - Makes it more fair, I though this was already a thing but I cant seem to find it. At most, id say maybe a cooldown from the time you can spawn a new one in. I dont think ive ever seen any issues arise from these being used without alot of gov on. Usually at a higher player count, there will also be more government on as well.
