What is your in-game name? Shock HVTR SPC Suki SK956 What is your current rank? Specialist-SPC How active can you be? I can be active majority of the week for at least 6 hours up to 12. Saturday: 3-4 hours Sunday: 3-4 hours Monday: 3-4 hours Tuesday-Friday: 6-12hours I work Sat-Monday 12 hours each day so it would be less likely for me to spend a lot of time on the server, but I can hop on whenever I got home around 8PM EST. What is your time zone? I am in Eastern Standard Time- EST What can you bring to Shock as an NCO? As an NCO in shock, I can bring multiple series of tryouts, in the past I have always done as many tryouts through the day as to try and bring in multiple new members regardless of if they are brand new or if they are veterans on the server. As an NCO (even though it's not needed) I would also bring forth more sims for enlisted to try and get them more involved not only just with the battalion but with other battalions as well in order to build up the connections between shock and the other branches! As an NCO my main focus would be on tryouts however, I would also divide my attention on helping out the NCO/Officer team with upholding tryouts/sims as well as helping keep shock enlisted on learning how to play and enjoy their time. I've noticed a lot of shock tend to be unable to tell the difference between doing their job and having fun while doing so. As an NCO I would help enlisted know it's fine to have some fun all while upholding the law on the ISD. I would also take enlisted on patrols in order to help get them familiarized with the ship so whenever we are on a defcon or on an AOS hunt they won't get lost and can find shortcuts on how to cut off the criminal. I would also like to be able to help the other NCOs learn how to have a little patience when it comes to dealing with enlisted as some tend to go over the top very quickly (not trying to throw disrespect just something I've seen and heard). These are some of the multiple things I can bring to the table when it comes to helping out shock as an NCO. Why should you be trusted? I feel like I should be trusted as an NCO within the shock branch for multiple reasons: 1. Experience- I have been an NCO within shock in the past as well as I have experience as a Command member in a battalion within the server and multiple others, not saying this should 100% give me NCO but just a portion. 2. Professionalism- In the past and current present I have shown in situations/events that regardless of how I feel towards someone or certain characters I hold my head up high and ignore disrespect, I do my best not to stoop down and just start insulting someone over some "disrespect" on the server. I also try to spread that through my peers and make sure they understand what I mean from the situation, and I hope that they take it in and learn from it!! 3. Unbiased- Whenever I have to deal with someone that may be my friend or more, I look at them as another trooper, if they break a rule, I punish them regardless. In my eyes if anyone on the server breaks a rule they must face the punishment, no exceptions!!! IF, at any point I myself feel as if I cannot deal with an issue regarding a friend or someone close to me, I would ask another NCO or officer to deal with it, so I don't make a decision based off of my emotions or because they are my friend. Do you have any warns on the server? As of right now I have been on the server for 2 years and I have 0 warns and 0 bans! THANK YOU FOR READING AND LOOKING OVER MY BIO!!! I AM OPEN TO CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM OF ANY KIND AS LONG AS YOU ARE RESPECTFUL!!!

What is your in game name? Bard What is your SteamID? STEAM_0:1:47296517 What is your current rank? SPC How much time do you currently have on the server? 4 Weeks How long have you been in Nova? 3 days How will you assist Nova with this rank? I will assist the Nova battalion by helping lead the enlisted, doing tryouts and doing patrols. I’ve have been NCO in multiple battalions and love doing tryouts and that helps with the numbers in our battalion and I promise to keep the integrity of the tryouts still. Doing patrols is one of our main activities in nova squad and with me being NCO I have the ability to sign on and lead the enlisted on the patrol which in turn has the enlisted engaged and not being bored. I have the leadership skills to help the officers with the enlisted so the questions can follow the chain of command and the enlisted have someone who can help lead them into their own success in the battalion. Why do you want to become an NCO? I want to be a NCO so I can help with bring more people into Nova and help fill in the nova NCO void. The more NCOs we can get the more tryouts and activities can happen which in turn will have the enlisted be more active. I would love to be an NCO because I believe I can make a difference and help the officer and Command team make the battalion better and make more people want to join the fun. Do you have any experience leading / being an NCO? I have been a NCO in Shock and DT. I also was long standing officer in the Inferno Squad battalion (Head Squad lead). I have been a leader in multiple battalions and know I can lead and help. What is the purpose/duty of an NCO? [75+] The purpose of a NCO is to help teach the lower enlisted how the battalion operates and to invite people to the chance of being a part of our battalion through tryouts. NCOs responsibilities also include helping the enlisted with questions and to help them achieve where they want to in the battalion. Hosting try outs is also a very important responsibility of a NCO without the tryouts we have no new influx of fresh enlisted ready to learn and also become leaders in the battalion. I believe the biggest purpose of a NCO is to help the enlisted and others achieve their goals that they want to accomplish within the battalion. Thanks for taking time out of your day to read!

Once, I was RPing as a Prisoner and since I'm a Tier 2 dono, I decided to increase the RP experience further and switch to a Shock trooper to order them to release the prisoners (I did not use tha arrest baton or anything and I didnt switch my name at all to be clear) but I was pulled into a sit shortly after and was warned. I didnt know it was that serious, but I regret it to this day despite it only being yesterday/the day before still

What is your in-game name? Cat What is your current rank? Specialist How active can you be? I can range 4 - 5 hours on weekdays, and 7 - 8 hours on weekends. What is your time zone? BST What can you bring to Shock as a NCO? I am always on when I am not busy and in those times that I am on the server, I'm either sitting at brig or on my other whitelists being bored. Overall I just would like to become an NCO again as I have way too much free-time and in those times I can do shock tryouts consistently (following cooldown obviously) also I think most new enlisted aren't really trained efficiently or haven't been given the entire run-down of how things work, And I would also like to be a available resource for any and all Enlisted, as I am chill and very approachable person to ask questions towards. Why should you be trusted? I have been a Shock NCO previously (Resigned on my own account) and I believe that I did what was expected of me and I did what my job entailed, I am also a Vice Commander, which most people don't take into account, but I will put it there so it is known, I am not one to with-hold serious subjects and will provide it to the right people, I am reliable person, I am not a dishonest person. Do you have any warns on the server? No.

[100+ Words] I have many reasons for wanting to become NCO in Inferno Squad. First Reason The first reason I wish to become an NCO is to be able to host tryouts to recruit new members to our elite squad to help our numbers grow, by hosting more tryouts I will be able to lower the stain on the higher ups meaning they can focus on bettering the regiment. What is your name? Ireland What is your rank? FP How long have you been an Enlisted? About a week What rank are you applying for? SP How many strikes do you have? And why do you have the strikes if you do? 0 Why should we trust you with a NCO rank? (120 words) I should be trusted with an NCO rank because I love flying and will be very active. I have lots of experience flying against enemies, both bots and other players, and working with a squadron using the flying system that this server uses. I have also been in several leadership positions so I know what it takes to be a good leader. I have run entire subdivisions and companies in other servers I have been in. I believe this previous experience will translate well to this server and being an NCO overall. I have been with various servers since early 2020 and in that time I believe that I have gained the skills and experience needed to be an NCO. What can you do to assist Officers with this rank? (50 words) As stated above I can help newer people with how to fly/ rp on the server. I can also host as many trainings are as required of me and teach them any tips or tricks I know about flying these ships. I will apply my experience to fit this position to the best of my ability. What is the main point of NCO? (60 words) The main point of NCO is to start proving your leadership skills to higher ups. As well as to keep the battalion alive and active by recruiting new members and helping them with nay issues they may have . They also need to be able to serve as a good role model for enlisted so they know what and what not to do while on the job. Finally they need to show at least somewhat competence with flying and the procedures around it. Question, what would happen if you see a enlisted not following orders and they are messing around? (75 words) If an enlisted were to not be following orders and messing around. I would first talk to them and see if they are knowingly breaking rules. If not I will tell them what the right thing to do is and ask then to please follow orders next time and hopefully, that would be that. If they are knowingly breaking rules I would take it up the proper CoC to get them punished and if necessary, removed. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the Enlisted rank? Yes

What is your In Game Name? Junior Agent Cinder Death IF72 What is your In Current Rank? Junior Agent What is your Agent Name? Cinder Death How Long Have You Been In Inferno Squad? This will probably be 4 - 5 days. Why Do You Want To Become An NCO? [100+ Words] I have been surveying my options regarding my present and future career plan as a Inferno. As I consider various paths, one option remains outstanding and seems to fit my personality and my skill set to a certain criteria. This decision of me taking this chance to become a NCO of IF, as I hope to still continue my duties in the regiment along with any and all missions I am tasked with. The following essay will summarize the reasons as to what I believe makes a good NCO, why I fit the standards and for which reasons I wish to become an NCO. Aside from the current system of reward and punishment for whatever situation goes down, there are a few crucial motivation techniques that I could put to work as a NCO. As a leader, it is important to direct and motivate by example, as motivation is one of the most important components of an NCO’s job aside from doing tryouts and trainings. The key is to establish necessary motivation in one’s troops via authority/taking lead rather than work by necessary motivation by reward and punishment. In order to maintain an enthused regiment, the NCO+'s should show enthusiasm to other regiment members, primarily enlisted to ensure relations are in good lines and that is what I think I have what it takes to become an NCO. When a leader strives for excellence, the team will follow like sheep and will be move on throughout the rank of IF by said role model. Because I am always striving to exceed standards in everything I do, I believe I would be able to lead the enlisted and other IF efficiently and effectively. How could you assist Inferno Squad with this rank? [50+ Words] With my dedication that I have brought along with me throughout servers and regiments I feel like I can handle enough tryouts a day to ensure the stability within Inferno Squad, I have watched my superiors conduct tryouts while I was enlisted in the squad and I feel I have what It takes to take on those responsibilities. As well as Tryouts, My ideas for trainings could definitely increase communication with one another, especially with the GM's pre-made sim dupes is wonderful with different SIM's and trainings with other IF Members and some joint trainings with other regiments. How many strikes do you have? Zero, I believe and hope. Do you have any experience being an NCO/leading? If so explain. On this server, I do not, however on others I have, I have been NCO of multiple server battalions such as Shock / 501st / Navy and some servers certifications such as: Engineering / Medical / Interrogation and Pilots, I would reach my quota on those servers but did not exceed them since the servers was quite uneventful and I left it, however I see my foreseeable future on this server and in my current regiments for a while. What Qualifications could you bring to the Inferno Squad NCO Team? Like I may have stated in the previous questions, the following qualifications I can bring to IF NCO Team are: Communication Organization Motivation Teamwork Leadership skills Do you understand that if you are Accepted, you will be on a 1 Week Trial Period? (Failing the Trial Period will result in a demotion) I do!

What is your in game name? Nova PFC What is your SteamID? STEAM_0:0:12402550 What is your current rank? SPC How much time do you currently have on the server? 1 Week How long have you been in Nova? About a week and a half. How will you assist Nova with this rank? By increasing the amount of Nova that plays during EST time zones, as well as overall numbers and trainings. Making Novatroopers a greater battalion that can compete with the activity and fame of more popular battalions such as DT or IF. Why do you want to become an NCO? Because I have been an NCO before and would love to be an NCO again, and I see a lot of potential in the Novatroopers Battalion as a whole, due to it's flexibility and spec-ops nature. I would also like to help other Novatroopers be able to do things like ID checks and Guarding Army HCOM more often, and overall make sure that the server gets familiar with the Novatrooper Battalion and our purpose. Do you have any experience leading / being an NCO? Yes, I was an NCO for Purge earlier in the server's lifespan. What is the purpose/duty of an NCO? To train other troopers and be an example for the enlisted ranks, and host tryouts and trainings. They are to be the rank above Enlisted, and make sure that the Enlisted troopers get familiar with the ship and the duties they will perform on it. They should make sure to always set the Best example for other troopers, even if it's not necessary.

What is your in game name? Blue Moon What is your SteamID? STEAM_0:0:212946895 What is your current rank? SPC How much time do you currently have on the server? 3 weeks How long have you been in Nova? about a 2 weeks (I was on LOA for a week) How will you assist Nova with this rank? With this rank I will assist Nova by doing a lot of tryouts. We are seriously low on members and we are in need of Nova Members. I will do at least 3 a day (my personal quota). Along with that I will watch my superior officers and learn from them so the farther I go in Nova the more I learn the more I help! I will watch over the enlisted and make sure they aren't minging and I will always try to have some sort of SIM or at least a patrol going around so we aren't just standing there and guarding. Why do you want to become an NCO? I wish to become an NCO because as I stated in the last question we are seriously low on members. I want to raise that number so when us Nova do SIMS we have a lot of people to join in! I also want to try to rank up fast and suggest/add new things or classes to Nova! Do you have any experience leading / being an NCO? Back in January 2020 I was a CSM in Medical as well as a former SSGT in Storm trooper. I was a Shadow Guard tick 4 along with Havoc SSGT. (these were all a while ago i took a long break from the server) What is the purpose/duty of an NCO? The purpose of a NCO is to watch their superiors and learn along with handling the Enlisted. Not only that they are too show an example for the enlisted so the enlisted can get a better idea to what they are supposed to do when they rank up! They are to have patrols and SIMS and always try to do things within Nova and help Nova grow! And one of the biggest purposes of a NCO is for them to do Tryouts! Additional notes- As some of you may know I am Koko. I have a terrible track record and thats why I took a break! I wish to actually follow the rules and make the game not only more fun for me but for others! I have tried to keep my minging to a minimum and am trying to actually be serious! I know there are a lot of reasons to why people think I should not be accepted and I respect that as I understand why going off of my warns and just past in general. But I took a break for the sole reason to try to mature. I've been working in real life now and have aged and have a lot more responsibilities and with this it helps me mature and understand that minging isn't funny to others and is only for self pleasure. I also got permission from my VCMDR to apply. Thank you for reading my application and I hope I have impressed you with my work into this! Sincerely, Blue Moon.
