  1. +support doesn't seem too hard to add, would definitely need to be custom due to the ores though.
  2. +support his time has come
  3. - Support i think this is a great idea but the amount of effort for a small inconvenience is not worth it. would probably need someone fluent in lua with time on their hands wanting to play with the source code of the text box adding input handlers, rendering functions, event listeners, etc
  4. -Support We just got the bartender If nobody was on the job we would have a bunch of broken shit around the map. It could be a bit annoying after a while? Nonetheless, I would still love to see more RP/Legal ways of making money
  5. You should come to PoliceRP it's very active

    I'm Back

Can't wait to see you around!
  7. +Support Having collaborated with Phamel closely, I can attest to his dedication and effectiveness within our shared responsibilities. Notably, Phamel's experience as USMS low command has allowed him to showcase administrative skills and leadership qualities. His involvement in hosting meetings and training days demonstrates a proactive approach to enhancing the overall server experience. I highly recommend Phamel for the Lieutenant position.
  8. Thank you for your time, you will always be welcomed back!
  9. +Support Reading through the application, it's obvious Scruffy's got a solid grip on what it takes to lead, thanks to a ton of experience in different roles across the community. From being a Marshal in the USMS to leading teams in SRT, HRT, and more, it shows Scruffy knows the ins and outs of leadership and teamwork. What really stands out to me is Scruffy's honesty about past mistakes and how they've been used as learning experiences. It's one thing to lead when things are smooth, but acknowledging when you've slipped up and growing from it is what real leadership looks like. It's clear Scruffy has learned a lot from these experiences, which is super important for anyone looking to step up as Assistant Chief. Also, the time spent in PD command has obviously given Scruffy a solid foundation in handling the kind of responsibilities that come with the Assistant Chief role. Knowing how to manage reports, settle disputes, and look out for the team are key parts of the job, and it sounds like Scruffy's more than up to the task. On a personal note, having worked under Scruffy's leadership has been an absolute privilege. He's the kind of leader who leads by example, always there to guide us through challenges with a steady hand. His approachable nature and willingness to listen have made a significant difference in how we tackle problems and work as a team. In short, I think Scruffy's the right pick for Assistant Chief. There's a real sense of commitment to making the community better and a track record to prove it. Good luck, Scruffy! Your hard work and dedication definitely make you stand out as a great candidate for the role.
  10. I ran my own Garry's mod server. It was mainly just to get experience with networking, hosting servers, and developing a firewall/IDS for it on my own since that's part of my career, but it ended up having a few people occasionally joinning. More of just a hobby than a server though
  11. +Support I have worked closely with this guy and I have no doubt he would do good in the event team.

  14. It's sad to see you go so soon, we've shared many good times. Best of luck!!
  15. Sad I didn't get to know you better. You will be missed
  16. What you want to see? A few essential enhancements to the car dealership to make it more visually appealing and engaging. This includes: Basic decorations like posters or banners featuring cars. Simple car display areas with a few spotlights or floor markings. A small, designated area for an NPC who can provide information about the cars. Why should we add it? The current dealership is very barren, lacking in visual appeal and interactive elements. A few simple additions would make it more inviting and interesting for players. Even just putting a couple of cars inside on display, or adding a few plants, couches, etc... Currently there are 3 things in the entire car dealership. The essential NPC's, a map of the town, and a wanted board to see wanted players. Other than that, there's no decoration or anything else. What are the advantages of having this? Improved Atmosphere: Even basic enhancements can significantly uplift the ambiance of the dealership. Enhanced Player Engagement: A slightly more decorated and interactive space can encourage players to visit and spend time in the dealership. Roleplay Opportunities: More details and elements for players to interact with. Who is it mainly for? This is mainly for players who are interested in exploring and purchasing cars, offering them a more enjoyable and immersive experience. Links: (Picture 1) Current State of the Car Dealership (Picture 2) Current State of the Car Dealership Additional Ideas Here's some inspiration/examples of additional things that could be added: Visual Upgrades: Showroom Aesthetics: Add polished floors and bright LED lights. Themed Sections: Designate areas for different types of cars (e.g., sports, luxury, vintage). Interactive Displays: Use screens or projections to show car features or promotions. Decoration Elements: Car Display Platforms: Elevate featured cars on platforms with spotlights. Wall Decor: Add automotive-themed art or posters of classic and modern cars. Furniture: Comfortable seating areas for customers, coffee tables with car magazines. Functional Additions: Customization Area: A space where players can modify or upgrade their vehicles. (Would probably have to be roleplay only) Test Drive Zone: A small track or area to test drive cars within the dealership. (Build an off-map location you get teleported to for the test drive) Atmospheric Enhancements: Ambient Music: Soft background music to create a welcoming environment. Dynamic Lighting: Use lighting to highlight cars and create a luxurious atmosphere. Plant Decorations: Add greenery for a fresh, vibrant look. Activities: Special Events: Host occasional events like car launches or limited-time offers. Customer Interaction Points: Areas where players can discuss trades or sales.
  17. Ion, trust me, you are the only reason I'm where I'm at today, and I still remember the day you promoted me to Lcpl to join USMS with Foxey. I wish I got to know you better and I'm sad that it's over, but so glad that it happened. Best of luck, sir
  18. Thanks for all you've done, and best of luck with what's next!
