Battalion name: High Command Job name: High Admiral - Current model: models/player/swbf_imperial_officer_ensignv2/swbf_imperial_officer_ensignv2.mdl - New model: models/player/bunny/zephyr_fleet/male/male_fleet_two.mdl Link to the new model and size (if applicable): N/A (Already on the server) Reason for change: Currently the model for the High Admiral is the same as for a standard Naval Officer, which can lead to some confusion at first glance. With this model change, we'll be able to give the High Admiral it's own uniform, in this case we decided to pick the brownish option as all others are already used by either one of the Navy Battalions or signalize the rank of Grand Admiral. All options that we need from the body groups are available with the new model as well. This change/suggestion was approved by Emperor Palpatine/Jabronie
  2. What do you want to see?: I would like to see the popular add-on PAC3 added to the server. Why should we add it?: I believe adding PAC3 will give our server a good boost of activity along with giving a proper incentive to donate to the server by tying access to PAC3 to T2 Donator Rank or higher. What are the advantages of having this?: PAC3 is a add-on that gives players the ability to customize their playermodel by adding decorative props to their model. Having PAC3 will enable our players to properly develop their character by e.g. adding cybernetics. PAC3 will also allow our players to express some bit of individuality along with being able to express themselves properly (all in accordance with our rules of course). PAC3 would also go hand in hand with some of the sweps we have, such as the Comlink SWEP for example. From personal experience I can say that PAC3 is a great add-on when it comes to customizing ones playermodel, I've seen people do actual magic with it, giving a proper boost to the servers immersion and I would love to see the same happen here. Sad to see you go, however there are a few things I need to correct you on. - During my time as ISB:IA Command, I never issued any kill orders, especially not towards 501st. - I don't recall a single situation where I verbally harassed you and your troopers, especially for an hour straight. What you're describing could be a re-education gone bad, but even then it wouldn't have gone on for an hour as you describe. - I never said anything insulting about 501st, maybe you're confusing me with someone else but who knows. - Now that situation you described with the baby, that is just untrue. I actually have a clip of what actually happened (https://medal.tv/de/games/garrys-mod/clips/ineaDHzxdhJOwWcSy/d13371meeaPW?invite=cr-MSw5dXAsMTkyMDA0NzM2LA) and you can see and hear me tell the DT who actually said it, that they shouldn't. - I'm curious why you think that I ignore every complaint against members of navy, especially since you yourself never made a single complaint. Only reason I can think of here is that no proof was provided in the complaint and thus, my hands were bound as I don't judge on "he said, she said" basis. Next time I'd appreciate some actual constructive criticism instead of this. Hope you the best in your future endeavors though

  9. I did actually thought of the RFA being selected right after the arrest either via a pop-up OR through the datapad with a "Recent Arrests" or "In Holding" selection in which the arresting party can select the person and then select an RFA. I hope this cleared it up a bit better
  10. What do you want to see?: I would like to see our version of how arrests are made and processed. This system would work through a two-step arrest. The first step would be like it currently is, hit the subject with an arrest baton. But instead of sending them straight to jail for 10 minutes, they'd be sent into holding for up to two minutes. This gives the arresting party enough time to go to step two or if the arrest was an accident, release the subject much quicker. The second step is as mentioned that the arresting party selects an RFA, which would send the subject to the proper arrest time. Depending on the severity of the crime, I'd make it so that the different times vary. For example: Loitering/Trespassing = 3 Minutes General Theft = 5 Minutes Murder = 15 Minutes These are just mere examples to get my point across, severity correlates to time. Bail will still be a thing. Proper times will have to be picked before implementation so as not to make sentences too long. Perhaps SHOCK would be the right battalion to ask here, as they mostly deal with arrests. Why should we add it?: By creating this system, we would have something truly unique to Gaminglight. Not only this, but I believe that it would discourage people from committing more serious crimes as they'd risk a longer sentence. It would also bring some fresh wind into how arrests are processed. What are the advantages of having this?: As mentioned above, this addition would provide our server with another very unique thing, which could bring more players towards ImperialRP. It would also encourage more activity in security-themed battalions as they would now have something new to get familiar with. Who is it mainly for?: Security Battalions/classes

  13. Big +Support Having Cad Bane be introduced as a lore character for Pyke is pretty damn cool. Not too sure if it should be added to Saboteur over normal Pyke, but we do see in Clone Wars how Cad Bane uses the disguise matrix to infiltrate the senate, so it's still a great idea to have that added. Maybe if Cad Bane is introduced as the "head" of Saboteurs or a Tier job for Pyke to use would be nice. Looking forward to this
  14. + Support I'd have joined DT by now if it weren't for the rule that you can't talk unless you reach a certain rank solely because I would talk so often by accident. With this addon that very problem would be solved. All DT would be able to speak freely with only those who are supposed to understand them being able to do so.
  15. If you were banned by Zeeptin and no reason was listed, I'm near 100% sure there is a good reason why. Also you seem to have somewhat of an idea what the reason might be, which as you said yourself, was the reason a couple bans were issued.
  16. I feel like I have to comment at this point. The system I proposed doesn't put a big sign above someone's head like some people pointed out. It would give them a slight outline so that they would stand out from a crowd. It's not that easy to figure out who is AOS when we all basically look the same, at least if we're all in the same battalion. The person that has the AOS knows that and they will flee if approached by any law enforcement units. Though I do agree that it could mess around a bit with the roleplay factor, but you don't just get an AOS placed on you for no reason. We could however just void the outline if it causes too many issues, though I personally don't think it would. Having the list alone would already be good to have an eye out for any active AOS as most people forget about them a lot or arrest someone after the AOS was voided due to death or other reasons. For those who say that it would get abused, people shouldn't falsely place an AOS in the first place. That would be cause for a staff sit.
  17. I'd like to comment on these points as I think that some things may have come across different than what we intended. The risk of it dying out is present with every Battalion and their Sub Battalions, simply because the risk is there doesn't mean we shouldn't try. Especially since there has been a increase of interest in Inferno's return. Inferno as we have it currently planned will only have three positions our Members can hold. Those are Iden Versio, Gideon Hask and Del Meeko. Even with our current low amount of Members, we could still fill it in theory. And the interest in joining ISB has also increased already after making the work on Inferno public. Yes, ISB is not HCOM. Yet out Operations have already caused several incidents of other Battalions not recognizing the authority we hold and thus try to interrupt and attack us during active investigations. Having a Battalion internal guard specifically for cases like this would simply be better. DT aren't always available and if they are, most of the time they are preoccupied with guarding their HCOM VIP. Yes we are mainly roleplay focused, but that doesn't mean that simply because of that we don't deserve to have people within our Battalion that focus on PvP and PvE combat. I appreciate these points, constructive criticism will always be welcome as long as I get to call myself Chief.

Do you believe these changes are fair to the battalion/job role it is responsible for and will benefit the server, if so, why?: After extensive testing of the weapons, we have come to the conclusion that this set of weapons would be the most balanced for what Inferno Squad is supposed to be. Along with the health and armor, we believe that we hit a good middle ground to make Inferno a strong force to be reckoned with, but not too overpowered. Players have also shown a big interest in the return of Inferno Squad, so we do believe that the addition of Inferno Squad under ISB:IA rule would come with a great benefit to our Battalion, such as players wanting to join who previously never thought of joining ISB:IA. Reason: The reason for this addition is that we in ISB:IA think that it would be nice to have a sort-of Sub Battalion added to our Battalion that is mainly combat focused. Seeing how ISB:IA at its core isn’t supposed to engage in combat, the addition of Inferno Squad under the rule of ISB:IA would enable a select few of our members to fully focus on combat, be it in the front charging with fellow Troopers or all the way at the back, picking out single targets with their sniper rifles. Members of Inferno Squad will still have all the abilities of ISB:IA along with its set of rules and regulations.   19. What do you want to see?: I would like to see a system to make placing an AOS easier, not only in placing it but also in seeing the person that has the AOS placed on. I've seen a system like this before on a different server, and the way it was there was that you would place an AOS via /aos and simply select the person you want to place an AOS on and select a reason. Then this person would be highlighted for all law enforcement battalions in a red outline. The way I would want to see it here is that people can use a command like /aos or /raos to request an AOS, then someone with either the appropriate rank or someone from within a law enforcement battalion would accept or deny the request. The AOS would also expire after the person's death or after a certain amount of time. In addition to this highlighter, it would also be nice to have a list of all the people who are AOS, be it via a list on the HUD or a quick look with the accurate command. Why should we add it?: It's not really something we need but it's something that would be nice to have. Now I know this isn't reason enough, so I will give a proper one. Having a system like this would enable us to spot a suspect from afar, not needing to walk right up to them to see if they really are the person we are looking for. For example a Stormtrooper who is wanted for Murder and is standing in a crowd of several other Stormtroopers. With a system like described above, SHOCK and other law enforcement battalions can spot the suspect and plan a solid arrest with little to none problems like false arrests. What are the advantages of having this?: Same as described above, a big advantage is that we can spot wanted suspects from afar. With other battalions also being able to request an AOS, it would make it easier got have a proper overview of who is AOS. Who is it mainly for?: Basically everyone, but mainly all law enforcement battalions like SHOCK, Naval and ISB

  21. +/- Support The arrest itself seemed to be valid as General Theft can be applied for stealing a wallet of a corpse. Coman even confirmed with fellow ISB members in TS if he should go through with the arrest. Why the staff in question decided to go with the unarrest is not clear to me and personally I would've told the IC that the arrest was valid and close the ticket with the evidence provided. Though I do not know if this itself would warrant a staff report as I feel that something as simple as this could've been taken to the DMs to clear up the misunderstandings.

  23. What do you want to see?: I would like to have a way to get rid of Spice other than taking it myself and then using a kill bind. Why should we add it?: Lately more and more Pyke have gotten then idea to walk up to Troopers and drop tons of Spice in front of them, in hopes that they would accidentally take it and catch the attention of SHOCK or any other law enforcement battalion. In most cases, this works. And in those cases where it doesn't work, the Spice just lays there, unable to be removed unless someone with access with the Delete Toolgun arrives or someone sacrifices themself and takes all the Spice at once and then uses a kill bind. What are the advantages of having this?: With Spice Capsules being destructible, it makes it much easier to get rid of Spice. Especially for Imperial Battalions who don't have access to the inventory. This would enable battalions like SHOCK to get rid of unwanted Spice, especially in situations like described above.
