From what we were told at the community meeting this is already happening. Imperial just got one that is going to be pushed to the other servers from what I understood.

-Support Don’t really know who you are. In order for me to back someone with 30 warns I would have to REALLY believe in you which as of now I don’t. 10 more and you have a perma ban. I think you should work on yourself before applying for a staff position.

-Support Let me be frank you are a massive minge, but I do think you can improve. I have had several decent experiences with you so I know you have the potential to do better and improve yourself. The thing is you need to be committed to doing so. If you come back later and reapply I could see you getting this position. My tips would be stop the minging, we all like to have fun but you have to follow the rules. Get no warns or bans in the future. Then you will be able to say yes I did wrong, but here I am now. Right now I have to say no, but if you improve in the future I dont see why you couldn't have a chance.

-Support As usual I am the pessimistic person on an application. Ganta you're a decent dude, but I have come to realize over the past few weeks/months that you have some major issues that need to be worked on. I don't want to sit here and bash you, but there are things that I, as well as others have noticed recently. For one is the favoritism issues you have been accused of in several departments. Another would be accusations about you using staff powers while not on a staff whitelist. While admins can warn while off of a whitelist, you can not use your psygun etc. There have been people who have told me that they have seen you freeze people etc while off of the whitelist. While these individuals did not see it necessary to make a formal report, these actions still have been claimed to happen on several occasions. In my person opinion I think you let an ego get ahead of you at some times. You have shown unprofessionalism on the server as well recently from my standpoint during a certain situation in PD command. I could keep going, but I am sure people already see this as a personal attack on your character, so I will stop with what I have already stated above. I do not believe you are ready for senior admin. I think the issues that you have had over the last month or so need to be worked on before you can advance in the staff team. Whether that be the issues you presented in State command, PD command or on your staff whitelist. Good luck, but its a no from me.

I believe that I am decently active on my LT whitelist and do what is required of me when on and off of the whitelist. I have processed reports when needed, as well as training cadets when everyone else is busy. I do not see myself as above the grunt work, and like to lead by example. I think my promotion to Captain would be beneficial to the department. Hopefully this will mean the hosting of meetings at times that better suit people of my night time nature, as well as hopefully some trainings here and there to better our department. I only see my path as going up from here and I think the department has done well with me helping the current command with their tasks. I am ready to take that next leap into a more controlling command position to better help the people in this department as well as guide the future leaders during my time in these ranks. The current basing rules being used work just fine. No reason to make bases easy to break into. That defeats the purpose.

-Support There are a few reasons that I just can not support this application: Server Activity In all honesty I have seen you online a handful of times. I have never seen you take that large of a interest in the community or anything of that sort. I really know not much about you at all and since I play basically everyday I don't see that as the best thing. I mainly play nights, so it is possible that we play at different times, but still I do not ever really see you but here and there. Application format Warns The question that is being asked requires a screenshot as proof of the warns you are claiming. If you had an issue uploading a screenshot you should have asked for help doing so, rather then not providing what is asked. SteamID What you provided was a link to you profile, you again did not follow directions and provided a link instead of the steamid that was requested. Rank It really just seems like you can not follow directions, it says not to provide RP ranks then you provide a RP rank right after for the answer. It shows lack of understanding. Word requirement You again did not follow directions with the word count question. While you came close with 135 words, you were supposed to have at least 150. Application Answers The answer for the RDM question seems like a copy and paste from the staff handbook. You do not explain what you would do at all for the situation, all you say is the suggested punishment that is posted in the handbook. That is not handling a situation, that is reading what is written, anyone can do that. Forum Posts The format requirements suggest a requirement of 20 forums posts, you have one which is this application. I really would like to see more considering it is a way to show you communicate in the community and show interests in the things that happen here. This is not meant as a personal attack or anything of that nature, but I do not see this as a fit application for staff. I think that you should wait and reapply in the future following the reasons I have posted above.

+Support This add on already exists and has been suggested and denied before. I would love to see it, but they have gone against it in the past. Completely agree that this system would improve crime on the server though.

+Support Dont fully agree with this suggestion, but agree with something needing to be done for gov. I mainly play on crim for raids and it’s way too easy for us.

+Support I want to see more RP additions to the server rather then complete combat related things. Would be a nice addition.

+Support I have had no real issues with him and he seems to be active enough. I believe he holds the basic skills in order to preform in this position. With the proper mentorship he could be a good addition to the team.

+Support All experiences I have with him have been good and professional. I have had no problems with him while on gov or crime. So far his time as trial mod has been going well. He asks questions when he is unsure rather then just assuming and then gets the job done. I see no reason he could not complete the required tasks for event team.
