Even though I love dealing with in-game sits, I think that being able to help with other issues would be an entirely new experience for me since, while I have done Discord moderation and different similar "support" roles, I believe that the scale at which GL support members do this is much larger due to the large scale of the community that they serve. Being a part of this beautiful community and ensuring that people receive the finest possible experience would be an excellent way for me to interact with people in a way I haven't really done before because I have never worked in a "real" job. I would like to become a Senior Officer because I have always wanted to get to the rank of an officer within the Navy since I joined. The reason for this is that I love the Navy regiment. I would also love to become a Senior Officer because I want to help the Naval regiment grow and help all new members within the Navy to understand what they should do on a Day to day basis and make sure that the NCOs are doing their jobs well. What are the duties of a Senior Officer? The duties of a Senior Officer are to Host simulations and training to make sure that all enlisted personnel and Junior Officers are performing to the best standards. Another one of the Senior Officer's Duties is to help the Junior officers and Enlisted personnel to grow into good leaders which can help them rank up within the Imperial Navy and help them get to Junior officer for showing leadership. I would love to help all of the shadow guards to become great leaders and help them also inspire others to achieve greatness. [150+ words] There are many reasons I would like to become an officer within the Royal Guard but my main reason is to help further the potential of the regiment. I would also like to become a Trial Senior Guard to help maximize the standards that all Royal Guards should follow, train NCOs, maintain the fun that Royal Guards could have, show responsibility for future and current Royal Guards, and overall help with the growth of our regiment. I believe that the future and stability of the regiment fall to the leadership and I would like to become part of that future. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would try my best to figure out exactly what happened and why they were mass RDMing people in the first place, If they were still Cursing at me and or to the Admin I brought them to, I would Give them A Formal Warning. I would also ask the Admin( since their a higher rank than me) What the best Option would be and the actions I should take. If He/She Kept RDMing I would Give them a 5 Day Ban For continuing to break the laws of this server.
