Not to mention if we are going to start enforcing a rule that normal members don't follow since it's not explicitly stated in the rules as per rule 8 then a lot of people will start getting warned and a lot of jobs will be ignored including RRH because nobody wants to have to run all the way back to E11 base just to be able to switch jobs (especially since they're forced to switch the second they have no more VIP's) and not have to wait in spawn for the entirely of the new jobs NLR

I understand but as you could clearly see in Chineseman's clip I was in the F4 menu switching jobs because he had left combat I was not close to death and I had to switch off of RRH per the rules of playing on the job there was no way for me to know he had attempted to re-engage me from the opposite bridge he never even shot me in his clip

Your In-game Name: Fruitt Your SteamID:STEAM_0:0:106338063 The admin's name in-game: Piller (on behalf of Chineseman's player report) What warning did you receive: Power game When did you receive this warning: October 31st Please give a description of the situation that led to the warning: I shot at Chineseman while he was on a dclass cc while playing as RRH he the proceeded to run away I moved closer but realized after a minute or two he wasn't coming back so I flagged off RRH (also there was no active VIP to defend) and got onto G9 and as I was leaving through MTF bunks CP Chineseman was waiting on the bridge for me and shot at me so I killed him then he claimed I switched just to kill him when I had no knowledge of him switching CP bridges. Why do you think this warn was false: As per the reasoning Piller gave for accepting, it is not stated anywhere in the rules that if you are outside of your spawn when you switch jobs you have to wait NLR and if that is a rule perhaps listing it in the rules would help people not do that because nobody waits NLR when they switch jobs after leaving their spawn like I was wrongfully punished for doing, also if I was power gaming as Piller claimed what benefit would I have gained from switching from RRH who's health is 225/225 to G9 who's health is also 225/225? Evidence the warning is false I've attached rule 7 and 8 as evidence that I broke either rule, if you are going to claim I broke either one of these by saying one is not allowed to leave spawn after flagging to a different job without dying make sure to specify that because all the rule says is that if I die I have to wait NLR and I would also like to add that punishing a member after so many staff and other members downvote an outrageous report makes the entire server look bad next time make sure to consult multiple sides of a story before making poor judgment on a report...

I never really knew you and only really interacted with one of your mass RP events (it was tons of fun) but you will be missed o7 good luck in your future endeavors!

(150 Word Minimum) I deserve Trial Moderator because, I have plenty of knowledge as staff and can help make the server an enjoyable place no matter the time. Thanks to my abundance of experience from climbing the ranks on a prior server I can help assist anyone staff or otherwise that may have a question or problem, but of course as a trial mod I would focus more on making sure I was learning the ropes of how things are done in this server rather than try to tell others what thy should be doing. I strive to hopefully reach SMT so that I may truly be capable of helping not only the players but also the other staff with any problems they may come across while making sure the rules are being followed. Scenario questions: Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If I had to handle someone that was MRDMing I will ask a Senior Mod+ to shadow me while I teleport them to a secluded area to talk to them and if they choose to start cussing at me I will gag and jail them for the appropriate amount of time then I would inform them that they would be getting banned for 5 days due to MRDM then I will have the appropriate person who is able to hand out such punishment come and give it to them (if they aren't the staff shadowing me). Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? When handling a sit of this size alone (but still being shadowed) I will take each participant to a different area and ask them for their side of the story until I have all of the evidence I would need to properly punish the wrong doer with the help of the staff accompanying me or with the help of someone higher dependent on the punishment. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? When dealing with a player who is unfazed by the punishment they are receiving then it is best to continue to give them the proper punishment but afterwards sit idly by spectating them to see if they will do it again giving a reason to give them a harsher punishment. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? When reporting to a sit like this it's best to gather any and all evidence of such so that you aren't working off of hearsay then you talk to the person and if they are polite and were obviously unsure a simple verbal warning and a suggestion that if it ever happens again then they should report it to staff but if they are rude and obviously doing it on purpose to gain an advantage then I would issue a formal warning to them so they understand that if they keep at it they can and will get into more trouble.
