Being an officer would help me in my day to day duties that I already do.I would answer peoples questions and try to resolve conflicts and issues that may arise in shadow guards and take care of things when the lead is absent or busy. I have great ideas for improving shadow guard that I would like to bring to the table and being an officer would greatly help in that.I have been greatly enjoying my time in shadow guard and there is nothing I want more than see Shadow guard at the best it can be! Shadow guard has a lot of potential and I would love to be trusted with the position of officer to harness this potential. How could you assist The Shadow Guard Lead?: I would help by expressing what the lead wishes for as if they wish to focus on certain things. I will do my best to enact his wishes and bring new ideas to the table. I'm almost always available on discord so people can always talk to me about grievances and suggestions and matters that they would like to see differently so that they can use CoC and the lead can focus on more pressing matters. I would do my very best to keep everyone's dueling standards up to par and I would love to help increase shadow guard activity and of course bring ideas to increase activity or even what shadow guard does maybe make it more fun and lucrative. (If yes, explain) I do have experience, I was previous BHS overseer,in which I helped with documents and helped the lead, also before that I was an officer in BHS. Me and the BHSL ,while I was overseeing it, made many changes to BHS and how they operate and helped increase activity and membership. C37 Is equipped with a DP-23 shot gun, flash bang and a deployable shield. M36-He is a elite combat medic That strives to make sure that his squad is in top shape they can be and though they may be a medic doesn't mean that they don't pack a formidable loadout. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Trojan 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Nova 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be Vice Commander of nova because I want to see it grow and become one of the most thriving battalions on the server and as a vice commander i can take that to the extreme as Nova Vice commander as in control of Officers , NCOs, and enlisted and make sure that everything runs smoothly. Sims and missions this is very important to me as i will have the ability to do them and if I get this position I'll host a lot of them as missions are very fun and in every battalion I was always excited and hoping for missions so being able to fill that role will make the the whole battalion more engaged and ready for whatever comes next so we can have these fun and thrilling missions . What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? the main purpose of a commander is to guide your battalion and make sure everything works like clockwork lets say someone has a issue they bring it up to you its your job to fix or resolve it the best you can. To be a leader a shining role model to everyone in and outside of nova, giving your battalion things to do and making sure that the Officers Ncos and enlisted are all performing the best they can and act the right way and if they refuse to do this a commander can remove or strike depending on what fits the punishment. To do paperwork i know there is a lot of work and roster updates and covering LOA's or ROA's and seeing if they deserve them or not flag ups are a part of being a commander as reminding people to come hop on and maybe get rewarded for their activity and dedication. Discipline people in the battalion report something that someone did or said and command is the judge on what should happen to such person whether it be a warning a strike or straight up removal command must be fair while being rational in making these decisions and must not show favoritism and take evidence over word no matter what. To check if all of the recruits are being trained and treated right. make sure everyone is feeling good and happy in nova. Make sure everyone in the battalion is engaged and never bored. [75+ words] I would be more than happy to do what command doesn't want to do and I can continue doing tryouts and more stuff to help the battalion, answer peoples questions train NCOs and enlisted I can give out promotions when I see good work I am usually very active at night and in the middle of the day so even if a enlisted or NCO is on at the middle of the night and they don't know how to do something or if they did something really good I can be there to see and reward them for what they did whether it was an event ,showing leadership or helping the whole battalion out and on top of that I will still keep on doing as many tryouts as I can while keeping the NCOs and enlisted sharp and ready for anything and to do that I would host SOP quizzes and trigger action/ discipline and not only will this improve them generally it will improve the quality of enlisted and NCOs as the NCOs can answer any question that comes their way from the enlisted while other enlisted can help each other out with the more knowledge they know the better, they'll become better NCOs and officers in the future so basically to sum everything that I would do is keep doing as many tryouts and possible but still giving priority to people that need quota help out the NCOs and enlisted and help out command with things they don't wish to because I understand that command has to do a lot of things behind the scene so if they so wish I would gladly take something of their plate or help them finish it because No matter what I can promise you that anything that command NCO and enlisted need I will give my 100% and that's how I would assist command as an officer. [50+ words] I would host plenty of tryouts I would help out the enlisted with learning about nova and answering their questions I would get people to join nova especially new people and i notice that nova doesn't tend to host a lot of tryouts I would imagine because there is a lot more officers than NCOs so I would be more than happy to do that I love doing tryouts and meeting people honestly people is my favorite thing about this server and of course Why do you want to become an NCO? [50+] To do tryouts, tryouts are fun either doing them or hosting them usually people have a good time or its a great learning experience and getting the chance to talk to people and possible have them in your battalion is great as those are the two best things seeing our own battalion grow in size and meeting them and giving them a good memory because even if they don't stay they can still say they had a good time and getting the chance to talk with the enlisted and get them more educated and comfortable in nova so that they can one day become a great NCO Do you have any experience leading / being an NCO? I do as I was a SSGT in DT and it was quite fun working with people even though I couldn't talk I still had a fun time with the enlisted as i wish to do here too and being a SGT in shock was fun as well as I got to know people around the ship quite well and even talk to the prisoners which was interesting and hosted some tryouts in shock but I wasn't a sgt in shock as long as I nearly was in DT so I had quite a bit of experience and now I'm ready to take on a new journey in nova What is the purpose/duty of an NCO? [75+] The duty of a NCO is to educate the enlisted on what is right and wrong to answer any questions they have and to be a prime example on what its like to be in nova whilst getting more people in the battalion tryouts are a huge part of a NCOs job and to be a shining example of people in the tryout to see what nova is made of even while just guarding to be responsible and not only show our enlisted what a prime nova looks like but other battalions as well and to teach the enlisted respect and rules of nova as I understand a enlisted's mistake is a mistake of my own for not teaching him/her their responsibilities and to respect others at all times and on top of all that is to host 3 sims a week to keep the battalion in shape and ready for any situation that may come their way and can P.T people three ranks below them if they deem necessary
