(Can be any length): i believe i am fit for the rank trial moderator, not only because i have played on the server for almost a full 2 years on the server. but also because i have great people skills and can de-escalate sticky situations. i would also enjoy having a greater responsibility on the server by helping people out. i play for multiple hours at a time on the server and play late most nights so i would be able to help players out when there is no other active staff members online. even though i have a bad reputation on the server i would love to become staff and help out, i understand that my warns may make this hard. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: first off i would attempt to calm the person down and remind them that their behavior could lead to further punishment. if they continue to be hostile, i would mute/gag them to prevent furter disruption, secondly i would check logs to see how many people they MRDM'd. finally i would issue a formal warning and bring someone in who can issue the 5 day ban.

If you do, I probably am not the first person that comes to mind that you would want on staff (given my history and warns), but I want you to know that I am actively trying to change on the server as much as I can into the best me I can be, and most of my warns are from the early days of my being on the server; I know that's not an excuse for my behaviour. First off, I love helping people out by any means necessary, and I want to do that more on the server. Secondly, I have decent people skills, which will help me and others out in tough situations regarding players or other things. Finally, I would love to have more responsibility on the server to help other admins and be able to help players as much as possible. I also have nothing else to do during the day, so I would be able to help players quicker and take more sits in a day if no other admins are online. scenario questions Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If the player is continuously cursing, I would first try to warn them that their behavior is not acceptable and could result in further punishment. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? In a staff sit involving multiple players, it's important to keep yourself and anyone else calm, If the sit becomes toxic and un productive, I would mute/gag the players who are being disruptive to the sit. then i would unmute/gag each player one by one, to find the problem, then after i get each persons story i would issue or get someone to issue the punishments need if to be. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? if the player doesn't seem to care about the punishment they are receiving, i would first ask why they feel this way. if the player has a good reason i would issue the punishment and explain why they are receiving it. if the player doesnt have a reason i would still issue the punishment because even if they dont care punishment is still needed. If the player is consistently breaking rules i would talk to someone who could possibly issue a temp ban. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? I would see what the bug is and see if it breaking the server rules. If the player is abusing the bug, I would explain to them why their actions are frowned upon and ask them to stop. If the player continues to abuse the bug, I would issue a warning

Your In-game Name: Xavier Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:453455030 The admin's name in-game: Piller What warning did you receive: combat healing When did you receive this warning: 12/18/22 Please give a description of the situation that led to the warning: I was on my way to armory from Maint CP and i encountered ShinSpin on the way when we started fighting i had a big lag spike, that lasted roughly 4-5 seconds on my screen. when i stopped lagging i teleported to the right of the door, and i dint look like i took any damage or i dint realize i took damage so i pulled out my medkit and healed. Why do you think this warn was false: like i stated before i had a big lag spike that lasted 4-5 seconds on my sceen, i dint realize i couldnt count lag time, ive done my hardest not to combat heal with my time on the server and i wouldn't intentionally do it. ive tried my hardest to change from what i used to be and avoid getting warns Evidence the warning is false: i dont really have anything to prove my lag spike because i dint think that i would have to clip my lag spike for a accidental combat heal, i also dint think someone would go the extra mile to get me a warn. when i get unbanned from the server i will try my hardest to make sure i wait my timer before i heal.

Why do you think this warn was false: he called me a child as a shot him not before, he was directly on the line from my POV. I never react when dclass call me names or say stuff to me Evidence the warning is false: The reporter did not have evidence of the misconduct. the admin claimed that he could see exactly where the prop/line was in logs when props do not show up in logs. and he dint warn me off evidence he took the dclass's word for what happened

I personally feel my attitude and personality has also changed since then. I have also reread over the SCPRP scp rules multiple times, so I know the things i can and can't do. (150 Word Minimum) : I feel that if I get accepted into staff that I can help players the quickest and in the most efficient way with my activity on the server, as well as getting the issue solved. I think that I am a very calm person so I would be able to make aggressive situations easier to deal with. I also feel that I will be able to issue the proper punishment to people who fail to follow the server rules. I have also read over the server rules so i wont be tabbing in and out multiple times throughout a sit. I think that i am a very patient person throughout long periods of time, i also will try to get both sides of the story and take in as much information as i need to get the right outcome so i can issue the correct punishment.
