  1. What is your in-game name? Peacemaker What is your current rank? Master Sergeant (MSGT) How long have you been in Shock? Joined 3/28/24 How much time do you have on the server? I have 13 weeks of playtime. I joined and started playing on 3/27/2021 Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer? I believe I deserve the officer position because of my experience in the officer field. I plan to bring all my resources and knowledge to this officer core with the objective of teaching and collaborating with my comrades. I understand how the system works. I understand proper punishment expectations. I am confident with leading my regiment into a battle; I even ask to be ground command. I have a decent understanding of a Military Structure and how to remain professional when needed. Notable skills of mine are, credibility, leadership, management, staying calm and respectful, and most importantly responsibility. Credibility: Instead of being that guy and saying "Just trust me" I like to prove it through my actions. I have experience in Staffing, Gamemastering, and being in a Command role. I have proof of my hard work implemented on the server. Leadership: I have gained and progressed my leadership skills through Inferno, Naval, and ISB: IA by leading all 3. I have to give a big thanks to the active Naval High Command at that time for providing me with a great example to follow. Management: I probably have not been able to show this skill in front of the scenes but I helped manage Inferno Squad when it was a regiment for is last few months. The Inferno Command team more or less knew Inferno was being removed and gave up for the final 2 months. I was in a Major position doing promotions, demotions, doc work, Managing Meetings, and talking to High Command to keep the regiment stable. The only thing I didn't do was roster updates Calm & respectful: I have only raised my voice twice on Gaminglight. If I am having a rough day I will communicate that to my peers. I try to be respectful to anyone that I meet. I don't like having enemies. With being respectful I keep a professionalism Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? I feel I can be trusted in this position because I have held positions of higher power. I have been Past ISB:IA Chief Garrick Versio and a Vice Admiral. I am also currently holding a gamemaster rank meaning that I'm trusted with staff powers. During my time as the late Inferno Squad Iden Versio, I held the squad up for 9 months. My command simply told me that I couldn't get promoted because they couldn't find anyone who could replace me without the squad collapsing. I had an extreme amount of trust given to me when I ran the show of Inferno Squad. When I transferred over to ISB:IA I was in the spot of a brand new regiment that was given significant powers that I knew would change the server. I spent the next 4 months crafting documents for ISB:IA to make it run smoothly and cohesively with other regiments. I had many meetings with other regiments to make sure ISB:IA at that time wasn't stepping on anyone's feet. I did almost all of the disciplinary actions (other than High Command) within my regiment. I held my men to a higher standard and never lowered the bar for anyone. If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't? What you will get out of me is an erudite knowledge and understanding of officer expectations. Almost a year of experience being Major+. I will bring many resources with me to further collaborate with the command. To clarify I will bring a better understanding of how Shock can work with ISB:IA and Security officers, and other military knowledge. I understand as a Second Lieutenant I'm not assigned doc work but I have a long history of making documents and can easily assist or clear confusion when it comes to questions on how to do something. I have no warnings or strikes with this regiment. My name Krüvz is known on this server and doesn't bring up drama. I try to be a very drama-clean guy. I normally was within rank to settle drama so I never dealt with it. How active can you be? Everyday when needed Who Are the 2 Maj+ That Gave Permission? Antinoff, Cans Edit: Fixed some grammar errors.
  2. + Support - A Kind respectful officer that any regiment could ask for. - I have only known MAW for about a week and I can see the Vice-Commander qualities he holds. - I like MAW's mindset and how he handles conflict.
  3. - Support Multiple Grammar Errors, You should have proper grammar in an application. Especially because you will be in charge of documents for STs Looks like not much thought was brought into this Application. Makes me question how much you even want the position. Answer to question 5 doesn't even make sense and isn't even true. If you rewrite this application and put more effort into it my opinion may change.
  4. ISB Chief Current loadout: Binoculars (White) - rw_sw_bino_white | Arrest Baton - arrest_stick | Unarrest Baton - unarrest_stick Elastic Restraint - weapon_cuff_elastic | DT-12 - rw_sw_dt12 | CR-2 - rw_sw_cr2 Cross Arms - cross_arms_swep | Cross Arms (Infront) - cross_arms_infront_swep | Radio - dradio Loadout Additions: Stun DC-15S - rw_sw_stun_dc15s ISB Agent Current loadout: Binoculars (White) - rw_sw_bino_white | Arrest Baton - arrest_stick | Unarrest Baton - unarrest_stick Elastic Restraint - weapon_cuff_elastic | DT-12 - rw_sw_dt12 | CR-2 - rw_sw_cr2 Cross Arms - cross_arms_swep | Cross Arms (Infront) - cross_arms_infront_swep | Radio - dradio Loadout Additions: Stun DC-15S - rw_sw_stun_dc15s ISB Operative Current loadout: Binoculars (White) - rw_sw_bino_white | Arrest Baton - arrest_stick | Unarrest Baton - unarrest_stick DT-12 - rw_sw_dt12 | CR-2 - rw_sw_cr2 | Cross Arms - cross_arms_swep Cross Arms (Infront) - cross_arms_infront_swep | Radio - dradio Loadout Additions: Elastic Restraint - weapon_cuff_elastic Reason for the Loadout Change: Allowing the ISB Operative job to have Elastic Restraints would enable them to detain more elusive personnel. This allows them to enforce the Imperial Law Ruling to the best of their abilities. Allow ISB Agent and ISB Chief job to have access to a Stun Gun the requesting stun gun being the Stun DC-15S which is different from the current one Shock uses allowing both groups to still have their unique equipment while also allowing ISB to better detain personnel. Upon further testing of the difference of the weapons it is noted that both of the stun weapons have the same stun duration and act the same with both having the charging time.
  5. +Support I have known Snow for a few months now, and something I have gained from him is he is genuinely here to grow a relationship. A friendship, he isn't here with any malicious intent. A big takeaway from his application is that brotherhood means a lot to him. In my time as IC Captain Niner, I made snow my Vice-Lead for an obvious reason. I never had to discipline snow. I never had an issue or a problem coming up with him in my squad. Snow is a very honest person who will say the straight fact and preach for his regiment. I have seen times IC was being looked over and Snow was wanting to fight for recognition. When it comes to leadership capabilities, Snow is exactly what you'd want. He is: - Respectful - Responsible (He manages his quota and communicates to command if there are any issues) - Actively engaged with his squad and the regiment as a whole - He leads by example - He admits to his mistakes and grows from them.
  6. New Job Addition Job/Class Name: ISB Ground Armor [EVENTS ONLY] Model Content: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2518688363&searchtext=ISB (9.235 MB) Model Path: models/player/bbt/isb_agent/isb_agent.mdl Weapon Kit: Binoculars (White), DT-12, TL-50, Cross Arms (Infront), Cross Arms, Dual RK-3, Arrest Baton, Unarrest Baton, Radio, Elastic Restraint Weapon Path(s): rw_sw_bino_white, tfa_dt12, rw_sw_tl50, cross_arms_infront_swep, cross_arms_swep, rw_sw_dual_rk3, arrest_stick, unarrest_stick, dradio, weapon_cuff_elastic Heath: 500 Armor: 200 Do you believe these changes are fair to the battalion/job role it is responsible for and will benefit the server, if so, why?: The ISB has a leadership role to take in combat situations. The lack of weapons to defend ourselves makes the task extremely difficult. The Imperial Security Bureau are veterans of the Empire. They have shown and been accommodated with bravery and valor. With this class, the ISB could keep its sleeves afloat along with others. The ISB has a leadership role to take in combat situations. I chose the TL-50 to be added because it is commonly used with specialized regiments/squads. This weapon is an excellent moderate to close-quarter combat. This is where ISB is expected to be. They are most of the time in the thick of the fight. I added the Duel RK-3 mainly for the lore purpose. In the game Battlefront 2 (2017), the ISB Agent uses the RK-3 as their primary weapon. This job will be for events only, just like how the naval use their event-only jobs. This job will not be used outside of the combat sense.
  7. Accepted Congratulations on your new position. Please speak to Kallus or a Vice Admiral+ for your training.
  8. Accepted Contact Admiralty or CMO Onlos for training
  9. Accepted Contact Admiralty for training
  10. - Support I feel Maroon isn't ready for the Vice-Commander position yet because he has had some moments very recently that have brought bad rep to his name. Maroon was recently removed from Security within Naval for unbecoming of a Security Officer. Maroon needs to work on how he comes off to others and gets to aggressive to fast. I believe there are better applicants for this position.
  11. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) Krüvz | Iden Versio 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Naval 3. Why do you want to be a Vice Admiral of this branch? I want to be a Vice Admiral because I'm ready to take on the next challenge. I transferred into the regiment from the Inferno Squad with an open mind expecting not much respect. Through hard work with Mann and Steel, I gained respect while rebuilding Inferno. With that, I believe it is time to bring my expertise to Naval Low Command. Some expertise of mine is I love to bring new things I am always thinking of a way to bring more to the battalion. I have created Documents and Storylines (that I plan on launching soon for IF & Naval). Being part of the command team will only bring my Ideas closer to life. Notable skills of mine are, credibility, leadership, management, staying calm and respectful, and most importantly Communication. Credibility: Instead of being that guy and saying "Just trust me" I like to prove it through my actions. I have experience in Staffing, Gamemastering, and being in a Command role. I have proof of my hard work and it is implemented on the server. Leadership: I have gained and progressed my leadership skills through Inferno by leading it for the past 2 months. I give big thanks to Naval High Command for providing me with a great example to follow. Management: I probably have not been able to show this skill in front of the scenes but I helped manage Inferno Squad when it was a regiment for its last few months. The Inferno Command team more or less thought Inferno was being removed. I was in their DMs asking if I can handle this or that, trying my best to keep the regiment running. Calm & respectful: I have only ever raised my voice twice in this community. If I am having a rough day I will communicate that to my peers. I try to be respectful to anyone that I meet. I don't like having enemies. With being respectful I keep a professional attitude at all times. Communication: I will do my best every second to properly communicate with whoever. I know when to make jokes and when to be quiet. I understand the Chain of Command and work my way up it through proper communication. I will tell my Agents and crewman what needs to be done and help them with it in the most efficient way. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have 3 weeks of active playtime. I joined the server in April. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a Vice Admiral for this branch? As a Vice Admiral, I would be responsible for keeping the Regiment up to standard. Keeping documents and rosters up to date. Hosting meetings and overseeing the supervisory. Most issues as in conflict regards can be handled by Naval Low Command. It is important to keep an unbiased opinion on that matter. Another purpose/reasonability is to be a role model. Some to view and understand what is the right approach. Vice Admirals should be approachable and counted on when dealing with Naval members. Vice Admirals are in between Officers/enlisted to High command. Vice Admirals along with the Admirals are the voice of the regiment. They represent the regiment to High Command and the Sever. 6. Why should we trust you to be a Vice Admiral? I believe I should be trusted within this role for a few reasons: Discipline: I have not received any warns, strikes, punishments, or anything related since my joining of the community. Accountability: I hold myself to a standard and check other members to see if they are holding themselves as well. I will express my opinion respectfully and constructively. Commitment: I have current roles within the community that validate my commitment to this regiment and its future. I have been part of the staff team for almost 3 months now and have been part of Inferno through its merge (I was the only one who stayed) Activity: Besides my LOAs and ROAs I have been extremely active on the server putting on at least 4 hours almost every day. https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/875857040?servers[4604844]=7D 7. How often can you be Online? Every day when not on LOA 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) None
