There is an issue with the medical core that no one wishes to bring up not out of malice or ignorance but out of a lack of understanding of it as a problem. The issue is the binary divide between research and rescue that has been plaguing the battalion for far too long. This divide has caused medical to feel like two battalions instead of one cohesive unit and has been host to all sorts of issues from player disrespect to outright infighting. However, it does not need to be this way, through better cohesion within medical and superior communication medical will become the regiment it was destined to be from the very start. This is why I wish to be the commander of medical, to solve not only this issue but all issues that make themselves known to me as a commander. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I currently have 701 hours and 43 minutes with Gaming light. Furthermore, I can guarantee at the very least 2 more years of proud service to the Gaming light community night or day, rain or shine, in good or poor health. Never afraid to take on the third shift and help our medics no matter the time. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? There are several responsibilities a commander has, however chief among these is ensuring that the battalion runs smoothly and without any issues. For example, keeping internal division to an absolute minimum and ensuring that all who call themselves medics are sure of their place in the ISD. However, there is more to it than that, a commander's job is also about ensuring the future of the battalion by ensuring that all members are satisfied with how the battalion is running. 6. Throughout my career in the medical corps, I have committed to doing things right to put it simply, and I will continue to hold myself to this standard until the day I pass on. My full title at the time of applying is: 69th RMS LTC Jerrid 2407 What Regiment am I applying for? 69th Medical-Corps Why I want to be vice commander: I have worked to make my regiment the best, but at my current level, I can only do so much. While I have added my own flavor to the personality of the medical corps my efforts to shape it remain a mere suggestion. As the vice commander, there are many issues I could fix within medical. such as the player disrespect and battalion disrespect, which has been seen in the corps' lower ranks. As a vice commander, I would also make it my duty to inform officers about the events that happen around the ISD such as promotions within other battalion's higher ranks, as well as incidents of fail RP and NITRP. Which will act as both cautionary tales, and lessons they can use to improve their activity and RP. Lastly, I would always ensure High Command is informed about the happenings of medical and its sub-battalions. Giving them data on who is doing what and if any changes in activity occur. I was first seen on gaming light on 03/16/2022 at 7:51 AM and ever since I have been captivated by its community. spending over 503 hours on the server, I have genuinely enjoyed every minute of it. From every silly stormtrooper to all the separate battalions and groups of people I have met, there has never been anything else quite like the ISD GL. And I hope that even if the community shrinks in the far future that I will still have the ability to hop on and have some fun with some friends. As well as to be a mentor to the troops giving guidance and discipline when needed. Another goal of the vice commander is to improve the battalion where it needs to be, such as suggesting edits to documents to fix errors or just to improve lore and RP accuracy. Lastly, it is the duty of the vice commander to ensure order in a time of crisis or loss, like during a change in command or break in said chain of command. Both of which could lead the battalion in question, into a time of troubles that could be hard to recover from. Why should you trust me in being a vice commander? As someone who believes in keeping gaming light both fun to play in and organized, I have made sure to look into every instance of a disciplinary issue within my battalion involved or otherwise to ensure that history does not repeat itself or that any unjust action has taken place. Whether it be an issue with some mingy enlisted to drama in officer plus ranks to understand why what was occurring and to make sure it was justified. Furthermore, I have proven myself to the staff team and am now entrusted with the moderator title. which not only gives me a more accurate version of select situations. it also provides me with the ability to act on the information I have at my disposal to keep not only the medical battalion organized but other areas of the ISD as well. Not only the time they have, but the time they can spend, that is why I seek a command position. Simply because I have excessive amounts of time, and not many places to spend it Unlike other applicants, I can provide stability to the medical command structure, at a much needed time. my Goal as a command member will be simple; To drive recruitment numbers up. There will be multiple ways I will accomplish this. The first is through simple notoriety of the battalion, which will come when other methods have worked their magic. Secondly By providing all NCOs and officers with the tools necessary, not only to recruit members but to educate them in our methods. And I Will not stop at those who are just in the battalion.
