-Support My support on this application is not permanent unless you can take my advice that I give you; Sigma you are a good member and SNCO of the 501st Legion, but this application is severely lacking some detail, I don't quite know how lax Command is about word count, but your answer for How could you assist 501st Command is a bit short and lacks some more detail and also What Qualifications could you bring to 501st Officer Team is very under-explained, every officer is expected to know and bring the 'Regiment Certifications' but this question meant what can you bring personally, for example you could say something like "I can bring my dedication etc etc" If you able to update your application and put some more time and more detail into this application I will more than happy to change this -Support into a +Support. (On Mobile expect no formatting) +Support Makes it easier for new arc to be given the whitelist when no VCMDR+ is on or staff, also if High Command has wanted this for a while they likely have good reasoning and also makes sense for this to be added since Stormtrooper have Scouts and they have their Scout Senior job.

+Support Boomer is a good role model and a good person to look up to from new enlisted and future officers, I believe he will go pretty far in 501st and I wonder what he can/will achieve when he receives this rank.

+Support While reports for Player Disrespect and Lying to staff isn't very good when applying for staff, or even any warning at all, I believe the past is the past and that people learn from their mistakes. Neutral Support Yes this is a good suggestion, I just worry its going to be like most channels and get used a few times then get forgot about. If there's a backup plan on ensuring this won't happen I'll be more than happy to change this to a +Support. And with the too people talking in the channel, the way to make sure that won't happen would be either to enable battlecomms and if someone breaks that they will receive PT like you would any other time breaking that via the regiment's officer+.

I've been reading over the handbook for the past few weeks considering when I first became Moderator I aspired to join both Support Team and Diplomat team and I wanted to be knowledgeable in both teams and I also observe what other diplomat members do so I understand how they deal with things individually as well as wanting to extend more of a positive attitude that I bring everywhere I go, I also adapt to situations pretty easily, so once trained, I shouldn't need to learn anything again. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision? I don't have a specific situation on that would show but I would consider myself to have good judgement as I am a staff member, and staff members are expected to have good judgement or they wouldn't be able to handle staff tickets correctly and are unbiased. Firstly since they are spamming I would request a Senior Forum Diplomat to suspend their ability to post new topics or even replying to pre-existing posts for at least 2 - 3 days and then I would hide all their topics/replies within the time they were spamming and issue a Warning Point for breaking forum rules. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? Since its an appeal post, firstly state the Forums Diplomat Message to keep the Appeal post for +/- Supports only, further on ensure a verbal warning to both forum users to refrain from arguing in posts and keep their replies in Appeal's to +/- support (depending on severity of the argument and what was said the Verbal Warning could change to a Warning Point).
