  1.  1 you are not the required rank to be on radio (ik yk this you were a grand general I believe) 2 it is a well known rule that VCMDR+ on radio unless there is a event, in which case it's MAJ+ , I believe you have been gagged/warned for it recently

if me gagging him was wrong I do apologise, but I see nothing wrong with it.

    - you have been very Disrespectful

    - every time you are ordered to do something you take forever to get on it, whenever you are called to bridge for sectors you have questioned the person calling you there

    - you have a very negative attitude in most encounters I have had with you

overall I do not see you have the attributes to be a senior officer

Overall: +Support; From past encounters with this man, and from working alongside and helping/observing BigBoy, I have come to really enjoy working with and around him. He always does his tasks, help Enlisted, and just really dedicated to his job. Therefore is with my great honor that I support his application, I would love to see Chief Petty Officer BgBoy become a Senior Officer within the Imperial Navy. Good luck and may the odds forever be in your favor, my friend.

-Not as active as you should be for officer

-In IC we pride ourselves for training and our skill in PVP, you neither do trainings with your men as Offen as you should nor do your PVP skills make the cut in my opinion
-I have to agree with alpha in this statement "You never truly stated what you will do in IC and what advantages you would bring to IC. For the most part, it seems about half of the application was a reiteration of itself"
-I don't think you are serious enough for officer as of this time
-"When there is no NCO on to do tryouts if someone really wants to join IC I'll give them a tryout." Just because if you are an officer doesn't mean that you should think of yourself as too good to train new recruits, this is a bad way to look at it

When it comes to your activity, Training and PVP Skills unfortunately I feel like you set the bar to the bare minimum, I don't think you have what it takes to lead nor be an officer. I do however don't think that you should give up, I hope that you prove me wrong in the future, but for now I don't think you should be made officer.
I wish you the best of luck!!

-Very Tiny Application, your application helps tell us a little a bit about you, who you are, and what your goals and ideals are for the battalion, should you be granted the position. Therefore it is recommended that you give as much details as possible, even if it is just for a position of NCO.

Overall: -Support: You haven't been in Naval for very long, 3 Days to be exact, therefore I think you should gain some more experience. Get to know the Navy and it's members better. Also you have a very tiny application, as I stated I know it's only an NCO application but there should be more information stated.

    -EXTREMELY Tiny application.

-Has only been with Naval for 4 days.

-I barely see him around on the ISD.

-Does not provide much detail on anything.

-Fails to show any prior experience in a Junior Officer+ (NCO+) position.

Overall: -Major Support; Look I am sure you are a nice guy and that you probably just want to help. But I also can't ignore the fact that this application sucks. You barely provide any details on what your goals are, who you are, and why you want this position. Also in the 4 days you have been in naval I don't think I have even seen your name. And thus, I feel you need more experience before joining our NCO team, get to know the Navy and its members better. As I said you're probably a nice guy and that you just want to help, but I can't ignore these facts.

Snow was a great officer during his time in Shock, he always went above and beyond what was expected of him and he's a really chill dude. Snow has the experience required to be an Officer and, despite getting mad easily, does what he can to help others.

    BEST OF LUCK SNOW!!

Great combat skills and knows what it means to be the Best Of The Best. He has always been there when a trooper is struggler and is willing to help. [I Wish You The Best Of Luck DA3!]

I think you should take each goal at a time, you haven't been an NCO that long and are wanting to take a fast track to a command position.
The ambition can be good, but dedication to your own personal gain is different that gaining something because you have earned it.

Good job exceeding quota, and trying to go above and beyond.  But you are applying for both TI-23 and and Officer position, and even stated your main goal is to get into command. Experience is everything when leading a battalion, and every battalion's culture can be different, and does operate different. Your experience in other battalions, especially when in a special forces group, does not always translate.

    Food for thought.

    - This Position is one of power on the server. I believe you are a good person and deserve to go places but I think that in question 5 You answer was to targeted on SO's. The Question states what you can do for SO, SHOCK and DT and you only talked about SO's.

    - This position work very VERY! closely with the Command Team of DT and he states that he has really only been doing tryout. SO and DT are meant to work together on things as needed and I have not seen that happening.

+ Seems like a good guy and that he just wants to help

I just think its too soon. I would love to see more work with shock and DT and not just tryouts. As this role is seen and used as a kinda of Overseer for Shock and DT almost like another CMDR/VCMDR almost.

Question #5 has been edited thanks for your opinion

King is one of if not the most active shock Officer.
    - He has an unconditional loyalty to shock and it's members.
Overall king is a loyal, honest and heartwarming person.
    - Always the levelheaded leader that shock will always need because shock can be stressful.
    - Plenty of experience with shock and being a leader.
Overall, I don't think there is a better option for vice commander then king, he has my Full support. I can say without a doubt that he will do his job not only to perfection, but I know he will go above and beyond the roll of vice commander and do everything within his power to make the shock battalion as good as it can be.
I wish I saw his application sooner.
I wish you the best of luck king and I only have confidence in your ability to perform better then any other before you.

  14. What is your in-game name?

    SO SubLT Clarence

    What is your SteamID?

    STEAM_0:1:634430192

What have you done for Security Officers?

In all honesty I have not done anything to astonishing for SO's, but I have tried my hardest to help when needed, answer any questions asked, or at least brought their questions to attention of someone more knowledgeable, I have encouraged people to try to join SO's so we can have even more numbers. I'd say I'm one of the most active SO's so I'm always on boosting the activity of the sub branch, I'm more serious than not giving us SO's a good look among the community. I always meet my SO quota which also helps our relationship with the 2 battalions we help/assist with.

What have you done for Shock/Death Troopers?

For shock - When I'm not doing my Naval duties you can usually find me in brig helping out, whether that be with prisoners, minges outside the door, or if they need tryouts hosted. I am always there to answer the questions of the newer shock/enlisted and even officers/NCO's if need be. I have also been there to help make sure shock is doing their duties and not abusing their powers, such as arresting people without valid reason, not just minging around and standing there, not abusing their equipment such as elastic restraints.

DT- Before recent times (at the moment SO's cannot conduct DT tryouts) I was doing my fair share of DT tryouts to help with recruitment. I also help out with as many tryouts as I can, whether that be just standing there and watching most of the time or taking one recruit and hosting a part of the tryout to help to person hosting the tryout. Though not as common as it is for shock I try to help answer as many questions as I can, usually do not have to do this but make sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing and being professional at all times.

What can you bring to Security Officers, Shock, and Death Troopers in the event you are accepted for this position?

I can bring a series of professionalism, leadership, and activity that has not been seen by a security director in a while. While yes I do mess around some times as most people do, I am professional more times than not, such as not being biased, holding all standards for SO's whether it be a TSO or DOS. I believe I have good leader ships skills and some ways they will be used if I get this position is, I will make sure all SO's are doing their jobs and performing to a high standard, I will make sure all SO's being professional and being helpful to either battalion we assist, I will also make sure all SO's are being active and engaging with the community. Lastly, I can be very active myself but I will also promote the activity of the other SO's and making it worth it to be as active as possible, such as giving out rewards to the SO that has done the most tryouts/trainings/sim's, rewarding the SO's that are always active and are being as helpful as possible with the battalions we assist whether that be promotions, GC, or any other reward that I see fit.  For Shock I have a lot of knowledge about them already, so I could begin implementing suggestions and giving my opinions on ways to better/help shock out in ways I see that could help better shock, as for DT I could begin with doing the same things I just mentioned with shock, I could also assist with productivity within the battalion as they do not have as many members in the battalion as they once did, I could have SO's and myself working closely with them doing trainings, Sim's, tryouts, helping out with daily activities more than we do now, being knowledgeable about the battalion so we can do many fun activities such as missions specifically for DT/SO/Shock to give everyone a enjoyable time. For all 3 I can still bring the professionalism, leadership, and activity as previously stated in this question.

Why should you be trusted with this position?

I was a previous shock VCMDR so I have a good understanding of how they run and operate on a daily basis, while short lived due to technical problems I was a Nova CPT so I understand when and when not to be serious as I understand people need to mess around a little if it is not harming the experience of others, I am also a moderator and former senior moderator so I understand how to be professional and unbiased when it comes to dealing with situations that deserve reward/punishment depending on the situation.

What is the job of a Security Director?

I believe the job of security Director is to make sure all SO's are doing what they are supposed to be doing, making sure everything is running smoothly in SO and on the ISD. To assist the battalions Shock and DT to our best ability and to also make sure the other SO's are doing the same. I believe Security Directors are also responsible for setting the standard of which everyone else should aim to reach as all the others watch your every move and will also repeat the actions they see you perform.  Lastly I believe they are responsible for maintaining activity and making sure everything is up to date out of RP, to make sure all SO's understand there responsibilities and are knowledgeable on everything they need to know whether that be about ourselves, Shock, or DT.

Do you understand that if you receive a strike you will be stripped of this rank?

    Yes

Thank you for taking you time and reading this!
