    Why do you wish to become a Senior Officer?

    I wish to become a senior officer because I would like to further showcase my leader ship abilities, and to show i have even more to offer to the battalion. In the month that I have been in Naval I have really enjoyed my time and would like to further my roleplay possibilities within Naval. I have experience in being a leader/role model for newer players that I feel like I could bring to Naval.  I feel like this position would also allow me to learn even more about the battalion and craft me into an even better role model! I am also very effective at doing the jobs I am tasked with.

    What are the duties of a Senior Officer?

    The duties of Senior Officer are to help lead the junior officers and help them to eventually becoming senior officers by showing them how things are done, and how to effectively become a productive member of the battalion and to become a leader. Number 2 they are also there to help the enlisted by showing them the ropes along side the NCO's, and to make sure everyone are completing their task. They are also tasked with maintaining order in between the lower ranks, giving out praise/punishment when needed. The last thing I believe Senior officers are supposed to do is communicate effectively with the their NCO's and enlisted to make sure everything is running smoothly and going accordingly.

    How will you assist the battalion as a Senior Officer?

    I will assist the battalion by working my hardest to become the best  Senior officer I can be, I will also continuously  work on new ways to help progress the battalion in a forward direction towards its goals! I can also be very active and always be available when needed. 

    I will always be available to the enlisted/NCO's and will do my best to use my leaderships skills to guide them to the right direction/help them achieve their personal goals within the battalion.

    What qualifies you to be a Senior Officer?

    First off I have plenty of prior officer experience withing gaming light, I have previously been a VCMDR in shock. I have a good bit of experience in helping others who are in need of it/ being there for those who need me. I also have a wide variety of experience in being a leader to those under me, and working well with command/ helping command whenever it is needed. I personally think I have aquired a good bit of knowledge about the battalion, enough so that would effectively help me become a productive member of the Senior officers!

    How long have you been in Naval? I have been in Naval for 5 days.

    Why do you wish to become a Junior Officer? I wish to become a junior officer because I would love be able to help guide the enlisted as they join Naval. I would also love to become this position because I would love to start doing more within the naval battalion, such as host tryouts to get more members in, help lead the enlisted in the right direction, and to help add more depth into the ranks. I would also like to get this position as I plan to stick with the battalion, and I would love to dive deeper into passive RP. Also it could be for different reasons, but in my time in naval I have seen very few junior officers, and I would like to help change that.

    What are the duties of a Junior Officer? The duties of a junior officer are to host tryouts to get more members into the battalion, and also to help lead and be a example to the newer members/enlisted, and help them with any problem they may have, also to answer any question they may have to better their experiences in the battalion.

    How will you assist the battalion as a Junior Officer?  I will assist by doing as many tryouts as I can, I will do my best to help the enlisted in as many ways as I can. I will also be very active on the server as I can spend 4-6 hours a day on the server, excluding the weekends. I can handle any task that is thrown at me.

    Snubster is the voice of 501st, he understands what it means to be a 501st member, I've seen his leadership skills first hand and they are phenomenal. His app is a little short but taking that into consideration a long with all the potential he has shown I'm sure he'd make a create Vice Commander.

    Since I joined AX5 has been a role model not only for myself but for everyone she encounters. Her positive demeanor and outlook on everyone, as well as life itself is a refreshing sight. AX5 finds the positive in every situation, and spreads that positivity to DT. From the time I was a private up until now she has been supportive, and someone who can be relied on regardless of circumstance. A big part of TI-23 is being close as a unit, and connecting with your squad. You can be the best PvP player in the game and if you don't work well with the squad, TI-23 will be inefficient. AX5 would fit in perfectly in the squad, and I wish her the best of luck  on her application.

    This was a well written application. You went into detail with your experience and the traits that you believe you are strong in. I think you would do well with the reasons given for wanting the position. DT officers are very important in keeping DT together, and you seem to understand that well.
