November of 2021!
First regiment was medical, then I transferred to DT and am where I am at today, coming closer to a year and I've loved being here. -

I believe that this will help commanders better adjust to overseeing battalions and create more of a bridge between low command and high command so that it isn't as big of a jump in responsibilities . The loadout for the senior commander job seems very appropriate, and as a senior command myself I am in full support of this idea and would love to see this implemented. -

Description (Optional):This suggestion is purely just a change to the name formats for the job. Currently all naval jobs are scattered across the tab menu due to the alphabetical sorting, so this change would help organize them into one area on the tab menu, allowing for people to better gauge the current activity of the Imperial Navy.
Do you believe these changes are fair to the battalion/job role it is responsible for and will benefit the server, if so, why?:
I believe that this change, whilst it isn’t a massive overhaul of any kind, will greatly benefit the regiment, as people will be able to see all of the Naval currently on in one section, much like how other regiments are. This would help command and officers be able to notice what exactly is happening, current activity, and what specific jobs are being used much easier.

Whilst I have only had the chances to work with Bear more recently (since the beginning of his term as GAT), he has done astounding work and has shown great leadership. He has built a strong AHC and NHC branch and is respected by all those he commands. Best of luck Bear!

I wouldn't have been half the Commander I was if it weren't for Mann's leadership and guidance. Truly one of the greatest within HCOM. The abilities he has to foster growth and professionalism within those under his command is incredible and this position is perfect for him.

I have had the privilege of working with Sainty a lot, dating back to the beginning of my time in the server when I was a GO during his time as Havoc Command. He is respectful, responsible, innovative, creative, and much more. There are many people I can say have made my time on the server as fun as it has been. but I can confidently say that Sainty is one of the greatest. He has a great charm and attitude within the community and has been doing incredible work in his current position. He deserves a chance at this position, and I'd love to see him as the next Vader.#DarthSainty
