    • Has officer experience in other regiment's
    • Overall good soldier, knows his place on the battlefield.
    • Certified and experienced in both IC Subclasses
    • Lacking unique plans and advantages, in what you would bring to IC as an Officer
    • App needs more work, you are applying for Officer's rank.
    • Being an officer in 2 other battalion's would this effect activity? (You would have to give up one).

You got the Commando part down my man! We just need to work on the app, let us truly know what you can do! I will change my vote within the next 48 hours, if you can change my mind!

  5. What is your ingame name?:

    Racc

    What is your SteamID:

    STEAM_0:0:83173032

What is your rank on the Naval Roster?:

    Chief Petty Officer

What specialty are you applying for?:

    Gunnery Officer

What Naval HC (Admiral +) gave you permission to apply?:

    Fleet Admiral Gallius Rax/Odin

What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for?:

As a very active player on the server, I could assist them with running tryouts and simulations, with a focus on getting the activity of the regiment up via hosting activities for them, whether it be trainings or sims. I can assist them with growing knowledge and understanding of some of the PassiveRP potential that comes within Havoc/Naval. I have spoken with the current Tenn about the responsibilities of a GO, and I believe this gives me a head start in the understanding of my responsibilities if I were to be granted this position, allowing me to have a better understanding of what the expectations will be for me.

Why should you be trusted with this position?:

I believe I should be trusted with this position for a couple of a reasons. I am a very active player on the server, averaging at least 5 hours of playtime per day played. I could commit this time to this position, which I could utilize to help both naval as well as havoc simultaneously, which is one of the things that most draws me to this position. I have such a keen interest in being one that I will devote time to learning about the position from superiors within, and take that knowledge to help multiple battalions with it. I also have held NCO and Officer positions in other regiment, giving me an understanding of those responsibilities as well, which help prepare me for future expectations.

Why do you want this rank?:

I want this rank to learn more about havoc company, as well as the Imperial Navy as well. This rank would help me grow within the community, connecting me to more and more players, which overall is what I believe makes being apart of the community so great. I want a position that allows me to interact with as many individuals as possible, and I believe this is one of the best ones available.

Do you understand that if you receive a strike you will be stripped of this rank?:

    I understand.

What is your purpose within your assigned branch?:

The purpose I would have within my assigned branch would to be act as an engineer like them when it comes to various RP scenarios, as well as be apart of the regiment, whether it be assisting with tryouts, helping host SIMs, Missions, or anything else of the likes to make the branch a fun experience with many opportunities for growth and learning. In doing so I am supposed to be an example for them, holding myself to the standards of conduct that are expected of a naval.

    - Incredibly kind person

    - Always stays on top of his troopers

    - Active

    - Always willing to go the extra step, even without being asked to

    - Recognizes his fellow troopers accomplishments and successes, and rewards them for the work they put in

Overall Hex is one of the kindest people I have interacted with in this community. He has always kept me on top of what I needed to do, and guided me through my time in MC. I would dare to say I wouldn't even be an officer without his help. Hex will make an excellent VCMDR.

Truly cannot support this man enough, he is always on greeting people with a warm welcome, and overall would make an excellent Vice Commander for the Medical Corps.

  10. What is your in-game name?: Racc

What is your steam name?: 99 dead raccoons

What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:0:83173032

Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain)

I have previously worked as an Admin on a DarkRP server, as well as the same community's SWRP, working as a Game Master, until the community's unfortunate closing of it's servers.

What date did you start playing on the community?

    11/14/21 (approximately)

    https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/555883601

What date did you make your forums account?: 12/06/21

Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)?:

    Lord.

How many warns do you have on the server?: None.

    Have you donated?: Yes.

What rank are you applying for?: Trial Moderator

Have you read the staff guidelines at you will be tested on it:

Yes, I have read the staff guidelines.

    Timezone: EST (Eastern Standard Time)

    Permission (Admin+ need this): N/a

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length)

I believe I deserve this rank because I am a very active player on the ImperialRP server. I have played a great amount of time, and have utilized my time on the server to connect with all the members of the community. I believe I hold myself to a certain standard of conduct, and pride myself in being a respectful and responsible individual, which I think are some of the most critical qualities for a staff member. With past experience as a staff member as well, I'd be entering this position with prior knowledge of responsibilities, expectations, as well as just a basic understanding of how to perform all the duties that will be required of me as a staff member. If given the opportunity to work as a staff member for the community, I would put all my effort in the promotion of a respectful and entertaining environment for all to enjoy.

How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?

I believe the best approach to this scenario is try to defuse the situation immediately into the admin sit. Try to get them to calm down, and if the vulgar comments continue, simply gag them before continuing further. I would then make an effort to figure out all the details of the situation from various witnesses, as well as the player who is breaking the rules. If everything checks out, and it is confirmed that the player is Mass RDM'ing, and as the current rank I am applying for would not allow me to ban the player for 5 days (the punishment outlined in the staff guidelines,), I would contact a superior to issue this ban. I would then proceed to move on to the players who fell victim to this person, and ensure that they feel everything is resolved as well. As long as they are satisfied, I would then close the sit, and return to my normal activities.

  11. 1.       What is your in-game name and rank?:

    MC RSCS MSG Racc 4426

    2.       What is your timezone?:

    EST (Eastern Standard Time)

    3.       What is your SteamID?:

    STEAM_0:1:106343429

    4.       Why do you want to be a medical officer?:

I believe being a medical officer would be an amazing opportunity, allowing me to take a leadership role with the intent on utilizing it to help inspire the recruitment of new members of the battalion, as well as encourage the retention of these members as well, allowing us to grow our numbers and showcase the pride that is found within the battalion. I also see this as another way to further cement my place amongst the members of the Medical Corps, as since joining the battalion, I’ve come to thoroughly enjoy my time spent with the leadership and other members, as they have always been welcoming and extremely helpful with any questions that I ended up having. I would like to see being an officer as a way to follow in the footsteps of the current officers, as well as extend the knowledge that I have acquired during my time here in the 69th Medical Corps.

    5.       What is your activity like on a scale from 1 to 10?:

I’d say my activity is around an 8-9, depending on the day. However, whenever I am online, I am almost always on medical.

    6.       Why should you be a medical officer?:

I believe some of the strongest factors that are in my favor are my activity on the server, as well as my commitment to medical. Through my time as an NCO thus far, I have conducted tryouts daily (these being for both medical and rescue squadron), as well as remained active with the everyday happenings within the medbay. As stated previously, I am primarily only active on my medical job, so my time would be committed to the battalion. I would use this commitment to focus on the advancement and development of the battalion as a whole, as well as to the rescue squadron sub-regiment as well to make the Medical Corps prosper even more.

    7.       How well do you command other troopers?:

I would say I have the ability to command troopers very well. As an NCO, I haven’t had a substantial amount of opportunities to take the lead, but there have been times where as the highest rank, it fell on me to give the commands. I believe I could utilize what I have learned from these past experiences to improve on my skills, and becoming an officer would only further the progress.

    8.       Why should we accept your application over other applications?:

I believe my merit is why I should be accepted over other applicants. Over the past weeks of being a part of the battalion, I have built connections amongst the members of the regiment, and have used my time here to showcase who I am and what I can contribute to those around me. I believe myself to be a fair and kind person, and I am prepared to utilize the best parts of my personality on the advancement of the battalion, and foster an environment where anyone who joins our ranks will be able to have a positive experience where they can have fun and learn a little bit about the rp that correlates with being apart of the 69th Medical Corps.
