    The Cloaker is nont abuse of the swep because he can shoot while cloak how ever body blocking it is not allow.
    That guy who was on that job and have you on cuff that totally un appropiated and ERP.

    Are you apart of any other department in another life? [ex. LSPD , BCSO]:BCSO but on another character call chineseman131 but with the name on BSCO Phillip Graves

    Why do you want to be apart of EMS? [50 words minimum]:Why do i wanna be part of EMS is basically heal and revive people since server it have mostly crime and goverment and this days i haven't  seen any EMS while im on duty as BSCO and every time we need EMS when the crime is over people are always down due gun shots or dead during the shooting so that make me think that we could really use more medical personal.

    What services can you bring to the department? [50 words minimum]; I can bring multiple experience on medical i can be faster than other medical personal on arriving to the requestes location, get the suspect or govement personnel out of the and revive then with in less than minutes and if they do have a medical combatant job i can provide medical need during goverment operations as healing and fixing the goverment personel, heal all the suspects and let the goverment personnel deal with the suspect and take care of the next patient.

(If so, please explain):Multiple experience as a combat medic on SCPRP currently as RRH Engineer which is focus on healing the providing what the patient need on the field like ketamine, morphine, etc i'm a senior medical specialist on Epsilon-11 which we prioritize on healing and dealing with combat at the same time and the use of amnestic, combat medic on Gensec  which is the same as all the class mention and i was a ex senior medic on the medical branch i was remove due inactivity for 2 weeks but had multiple experience on surgery and on the medical branch i was a field medic which we are prioritize on healing and reviving site personal.

    Ex staff from the server have work with yamato in couple of sit and always good judgement call.
    Application is good how ever it could be improve a little bit.
    Knows the server rules and the staff rules.

    As Staff player retention is an important thing, if people misunderstand the rules it seems unfair to hand out a written warning when informing them of the actual rules would have done the job just fine and would keep players better when staff are understanding of situations better. According to staff guidelines staff may not be warned by other staff members unless they are JMT+ as well, the screenshots below show him making fun of me for dying in a minute as I am new to SCP, as well as him being a mod and not the proper rank to warn fellow staff members.
