I try to make myself a very easy to approach individual because I want people to not be afraid of punishment for telling a command member any problems/concerns they're facing. when dealing with reports of an Officer and a civilian I make sure to listen to both sides of the story in a non-bias manner and take any evidence before making a conclusion of the matter at hand. With all the is said throughout the almost 2 months of me being a Lieutenant. I have gained a lot of experience. I was able to overcome the hard problems that were given to me. I believe that I could fit the role and responsibility of being a Captain the in PD department. The second reason why I should be promoted, I also try and train new OFC coming to the department and making sure they can get used to driving before they go SNR as well as making sure they know their ten codes, proper radio etiquette, so they can patrol the city and know what they're doing. lastly, since I’m also a staff member on the server, I know how to deal with disputes with a non-bias and mature matter and try to work out a middle ground between the two people and if needed make sure the officer gets a fair punishment for what they did.
