This point is kind of invalid, i've seen multiple instances of staff from Mod to senior admin to JMT use their phys gun when a player refuses to do somthing that other wise should be done [jumping over somthing when RPd to do so] The d class was not really cooperating from what i was, i'd say at the vert least an verble warning should be issued.

Yes but you are the same staff that took the sit yesterday, and there was no problem with the exlixer than besides how he was using it in an annoying way. if he had been warned for "Exlixer" abuse I would have probably noted it was an rule.

So first I would check their warn history, player time, and with other staff to see if they already talked to him. I would than move to the punishment if the user had already been warned for exploitation it would end they would be warned and banned for using an known exploit if not I would have an talk with them of what they did wrong and tell them not to do it again.
