  1. 1.What is your IGN? (In Game Name?)

    SHG Senior Guard Name

    2. What Regiment are you applying for?

    Royal Guard Vice Sovereign/Vice Commander

    3. Why do you want to be a Commander of this branch?

I want our battalion to be extremely active, respectful, and to astound people with our performance. I would like to set high standards for the Royal Guard, ensuring that everyone is properly trained and educated; I would like to see more activity, with people blowing our officers away with their duelling skills and saber discipline; and, finally, I would like to ensure that we remain as professional and courteous to our allies.

I am looking forwards to several sims and events coming our way, with all the Royal Guard putting in their best effort to secure our VIPs and other battalions. I look forwards to meeting with other commanders on a regular basis to discuss how we can improve during our time here, guided by our wonderful officers, NCOS, and, finally, our cadets, all of whom are led by our command team.

I have had nothing other than fun and thrills during my time here, becoming better and better with each rank up, demonstrating my abilities and potential to everyone, including my potential as a Vice Sovereign. I have had a blast on the server in RG during my month and a half there, with RG being my main life and me devoting all my time and effort to it. I am excited to see what happens with RG, knowing that if I can lead, I will be able to assist as much as possible. As a Senior Guard, I can only do so much, but I believe that if I undertake this role, I will be able to help everyone by being there when others cannot and solving problems as quickly as possible. I truly want to be a part of this position so that I may be proud of myself and stand tall knowing that I can do my all as an RG.

    4. How much game time do you have on the server?

I have a month and a half on the server with my join time being the 28/4/21 with all my time being on RG. My battle metrics https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/968043627

    5. What is the Main Purpose of a Commander for a branch?

A Vice Sovereign's job is to assist in daily operations, whether it is escorting a VIP, running a simulation, or taking head of an event. As a Vice Sovereign, you must demonstrate leadership and bravery in ensuring that all your RG understand what they are doing, that they obey all rules, and that they do not step out of line. Ensuring that everything runs as “smoothly and efficiently as possible”. With being a Vice Sovereign, you will need to guide your Royal Guards through the right path, making sure you get the mission done by the end of the day with everything being all and well, whether its failure or successful, you will push them to be a better version of themselves.

A Vice Commander/Vice Sovereign is a major representative of their Battalion/branch, being a role model and a source of help for the RG to look up to and ask for help, as a sort of guidance. Vice Commanders monitor their officers and make sure they are doing their jobs, as well as making the decision to appoint new and responsible officers who are both capable and responsible enough to lead both new and future members of their Battalion.

You oversee all reports or difficulties within your battalion, ensuring that everything is dealt with and not pushed aside, reassuring your RG of what is proper and wrong. Within the problem, you respect both battalions, allowing you to quickly turn the problem into a solution. Returning your battalion's best appearance.

As a Vice Commander you will have leadership. Leadership also acts as a source of a motivation tool by showing the right path and bringing confidence in one another. it helps in attaining better relation among the team members. It helps in better utilization of working in the organization as motivated members are willing to give their 100 effort. A leader needs to take a certain approach into the office each day. They must realize that they are always on stage and that every little move is going to be scrutinized. A consistent leader maintains the same demeanour whether things are going well or everything around them is crumbling. Leaders that can maintain a consistent demeanour inspire far more confidence in their teams than leaders who noticeably panic. A leader with being a Vice Commander means you choose to lead a group of people, showing them you trust and have faith in your manner and decisions.

Overall, the main goal of being a Vice Commander for your branch or battalion is to ensure that day-to-day operations run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, while also maintaining positive relationships with other battalions and ensuring that those within your branch or battalion are satisfied and eager to always work to their full potential. Vice Commanders must monitor their officers and make sure they are doing their jobs along with tracking activity within the roster. The Roster should be updated and kept up to date.

    6. Why should we trust you to be a Commander? :

I have been with Royal Guards for a month and a half, listening and conversing with my fellow guards. I have demonstrated a light-hearted and serious side during my career, understanding when to and when not to step out of line. I take reports and problems seriously, always informing my superiors before acting. I always seek advice from my superiors to determine the most appropriate and respectful course of action in any given situation. Otherwise, if needed, taking my own course of action.

I spend hours on Royal Guard, chatting to everyone and making sure everything is ok. All the Royal Guard know who I am. We build friendly relationships, so our connection is regarded appropriately. I never say anything negative about my teammates since I take Royal Guard very seriously. I would like to take the initiative and be the one who determines what to do, working with our other Vice Commanders and Commanders, ensuring that the correct options are available.

At the end of the day, I perform my duties as a Royal Guard in a serious and respectable manner. I never quarrel with any of my Royal Guard, simply following orders without question and replying when necessary. I am always the first to help the RG get into line, showing them what to do and how to do it along with taking charge with any of their problems/actions.

I have a lot of joy being with RG and would like to give it my all. I believe that being a Vice Commander will fulfil my desire to give my utmost in RG and to truly assist others. I would like to relieve some of the pressure on Steel and Caps by doing my part to assist. I would like to lead the RG whenever feasible, ensuring that newcomers are properly trained as soon as possible. With me being in a separate time zone, I can look after people in both AEST and EU time zones, as well as during regular hours (EST). I would want to spend my time as a Vice Sovereign, assisting whenever possible in any circumstances. I spent my time as a Senior Guard looking after the RG and leading them through Events/Sims/Offmaps and even Guarding.

    7. How often can you be Online? :

I spend 12+ hours a day on Royal Guard. My hours are increasing with each passing day. As a Vice Sovereign, I intend to be active whenever possible. I am reachable on any platform, at any time, with my computer turned on and my phone near at hand to answer quickly.

    8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) :

I have no warnings and prefer to keep it that way for as long as possible.

Thank you for taking the time to read my application.

                                                   😊

Why do you want to become a Trial Senior Guard?:

I am looking forward to being a role model for all the CDT's, showing them and teaching them throughout their time within RG. i currently train alot of people daily and enjoyt showing them what RG is about. currently we have one Trial Senior guard, which i really would like to make alot more. i would like to make Royal Guard full with new CDT's and RG, making it a active and fun battalion.
