Why should you be promoted?
I believe I should be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant for a number of reasons, firstly my activity. Every day I have gotten onto PD and have taken the role of Sergeant Major and have been pretty active being on for at least half an hour every two days whilst still keeping up activity on ImperialRP and my departments in PoliceRP. I feel that I also have enough experience to stay calm during stressful situations because of my time in S.P.R.T., State and PD alike. I have also been active in the community for 6 or so months and I took a month break to work on myself IRL. Secondly, I feel that knowing the SOP for the PD and knowing the rules fairly well is also a good trait to have in a command member because you could help reflect that on new PD members. Thirdly, I have always been trying to help out lower ranking members of the Police Department. They’re the future of the server and being able to help them out helps the server out in a huge way. Teaching them how to set up barricades at General Store robberies or at Bank Robberies is very important because it shows them how to do things the right way and without any errors. It also helps out TAC units because you won’t have random people running into bank and annoying TAC. Fourth, I feel that I can handle most situations pretty well, in my opinion when dealing with a serious situation you shouldn’t yell, you should just try to talk to the offender without getting upset or annoyed because that would be unprofessional and would reflect on the command in the Rockford PD. Fifth, I only have four warnings. Having a low warning count is good because it shows I know the rules of the server and I can help show them on newer players of the server. Sixth, I try to roleplay most scenarios out. Being able to roleplay scenarios out is important because even though they may break the rules in a certain point, in my opinion stopping the roleplay that happens like that because of one rule mishap isn’t fun. I feel that you should clip it and then deal with it after the fact if possible. If it's something incredibly noticeable and they know that they shouldn’t be doing that then full stop the RP and report it. To sum up my Lieutenant application, I feel that I would be a great addition to the Rockford PD command team and I will be the best version of myself that I can be.
