What do you want to see?: Some changes to the Criminal Crafting system. It's super under used, and so these changes will breathe new life into it! We would like to see the ARC-170 Starfighter (lunasflightschool_arc170) added to the crafting menus. Why should we add it?: This would give Pykes and Criminals something new to AFK mine for, as well as give them another avenue of RP. Currently the only Criminal Starship is the Pyke Transport, which is unarmed and slow and impossible to dogfight with. This would allow them to combat TIEs from SF and give SF someone to shoot down aside from NPCs. This would provide RP also in the sense that ARC-170s could escort the Pyke Transport during ISD Raids and even be called on by Imperials for Reinforcements/Airstrikes during joint operations. It also makes sense, as hundreds of thousands of the fighters would have been retired at the end of the Clone Wars and many would have fallen into Criminal hands. What are the advantages of having this?: It grants SF something more to do in fighting Pyke/Criminal Pilots, gives Pykes and Criminals something more to do in the same sense, and also gives another incentive to AFK mine (which of course, boosts our BattleMetrics!) (Can be any length): I have been staff for a good while, and I feel I have a lot to bring to the table if I was JMT. I take pride in what I do, and always make sure to conduct myself in a respectful and dignified manner. I often confer with my peers to get a view of a situation from another perspective. I often help out newer and lower staff, be it through advice or trainings. I have learned quite a lot in my tenure as Senior Admin- chiefly patience, empathy and wisdom. I have been entrusted with the rank of Governor (General equivalent) within our lovely High Command Team as well as the position of Senior Forums Diplomat for ImperialRP. I believe I am a trusted member of the community and my attainment of these ranks shows this. I feel with JMT, I could apply all the above more cohesively and provide much more for the server and playerbase. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would bring them to the sit and politely ask them to be respectful. I would check their hours on the server, and if they were new I would tell them theres no need to be rude. If they aren't, I would ask why they're lashing out at me and remind them I am there to provide impartial judgement and moderation. If they do not comply with being respectful, I would then temporarily gag them. I would then double check logs, and ask why they RDM'd. Upon getting their reason, I would inform them they'd have to be banned accordingly with our rules. I would however ask them to return after their ban as well as inform them of the shadowbanned system. I would also remind them that if they think the ban to be unjust, to appeal it on the forums at https://gaminglight.com/forums/ . I would proceed with the warn and following ban, and include at the end of the ban "| appeal at (forums link)". Regardless of the outcome, I thank you for reading my application and giving me consideration. False. FailRP is something that is unfeasable or unrealistic. While going against orders may be an issue of insubordination (an RP issue), it is not a matter of FailRP. As of now, 4/25/23 at 3:45 PM EST there is no FearRP on Gaminglight Imperial RP. Therefore this point is invalid. Additionally, after reviewing it, it appears this is correct. Two of your clips are the same clip (the first and third ones you posted) and those and the second all show the same instance. All in all, I feel this is a gross overreaction, especially if Staff Ingame already (allegedly) spoke with them. - Support FORUMS DIPLOMAT MESSAGE Please limit all further responses to a + or - support basis. Weird situation. I don't see how it could be MARDM on Hostile Event Actors, but I do see the issue with the vehicle spawning. I think at most they should get a warn for FailRP. (Also two of your clips are missing audio, which makes getting full context hard.)

I would like to suggest changing the MOTD Criminal Rule 10) "Imperial Personnel are not supposed to use or equip black-market weapons". I feel this should be punished in RP, not in the MOTD. People should be arrested or searched by Shock for the weapons. This would increase RP for Pykes and for Shock/SO and give people more to do on the server.

So, since we got SAM our report reasons are not the same as they were before! I propose we ammend them to include common issues as well as remove irrelevant issues. Event Team -> Gamemaster Team - Metagaming + RDA + LTAP + Disrespect + Stuck These were esssentially what we had before and it had pretty much every base covered. This way its clear what a sit is and people don't have to question what to classify a sit as. It is a long overdue change and I feel many staff and players would be benefited by it.

Tuna is a genuinely great guy. He's one of the nicest guys I've met on the server and always works hard. He's by far more than ready for JMT, and I wish him the best
