  8. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) Grizzly 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Medical 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? Being the Vice Commander of this branch would lift many limitations I have as an officer and would allow me to better interact with the troops in Medical. My main goal as a Vice Commander is to refine our sub-battalions and make sure everything is in line and they are active. I would also want to take advantage of my new power in this branch to take suggestions from the people in Medical and make sure they think the battalion is going in the right direction. As a Vice Commander, I would be allowed to better aid my battalion in becoming the best it can be as well as assisting and working with the other commanders of my branch. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have about 452 hours on the server. https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/718039121 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The commander is responsible for clearly communicating his or her intent down to the lowest level. The intent must articulate the purpose of the mission and desired end state. As a Vice Commander your main goal is to ensure that the chain of command is running smoothly, this entails that you are checking in on officers, NCOs, as well as enlisted to make sure they believe you are doing what you can to improve the branch as a whole considering everyone’s opinions. A Vice Commander still reports to the Commander of the branch and must have good communication with their peers. Lots of behind-the-scenes work goes into being command for a branch which is balanced with still interacting with your battalion and keeping up activity with SIMs, trainings, or missions. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? There are two reasons why I want to become a Vice Commander. First of all, I want to make a difference in the training of medics. Second of all, I enjoy challenges and becoming a Medical Vice Commander would be a new challenge that I would take with complete seriousness and would excel in. I have been on the server for about 6 months. Apart from receiving one warning when I first joined the server, I have never gotten talked to or been in trouble after that. Since the first day I joined the server I have learned and experienced a lot in Medical and feel as though I am ready to fill the position of Vice Commander to better help my branch become even better than what it already is. 7. How often can you be Online? I can be on every day for 2-8 hours. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) I have one fail RP warning from when I first join the server.
