    I get where you're coming from, but it's just how riot shields work. If you were to take damage with it out, it would be rendered useless due to the fact that it slows you down, and you can't shoot back with it out so all the enemy needs to do is spray at you until the 40% damage bullets kill them.

    I want to be able to better serve and support this fantastic community. Ever since I joined this server, I have loved everything about it. One of the things I am most thankful for is how early I joined the staff team, joining in February of last year I have had the opportunity to learn so much. With my experience in various command positions, I have learned how to manage people, making it up to the rank of Captain in both Nu7 and Security. I have also been a member of the Event Team in the past and I hope to host some fun events and just in general make sure everyone on the server has a great time. I am a huge supporter of the community and I hope to be in it for a long time to see it grow. One of my favorite ways to help the community is the suggestions channel, creating them, responding to them, and just offering general input. I love to see the important changes that happen for the server's benefit and I hope that in the future I can be a part of that process. I have been through a lot in my time on this server, everything from new command to new SMT to a whole new map, I have been here and I hope to stay for a long time. This community means so much to me, and I don't know what I would do without it. I appreciate you taking the time to read my application, and I appreciate your consideration for the position of Super Admin.

     

    Scenario questions:

    Select any two of the following four questions to answer for this section. Please note, in the scenario questions, we are not expecting perfect answers. We are accessing your critical thinking skills, your ability to use the staff handbook, and come to reasonable conclusions. 

     

    Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? 

    I would bring them to a sit and attempt to calm them down, if I could not get them to stop I would mute/gag them depending on how they were talking and explain to them that they were being warned and banned for Mass RDM and that if they want to appeal their warn they can on the forums.

     

    Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? 

    I would attempt to find out who is necessary and return those who aren't. Then I would separate the players and get everyone's story and give my final verdict after I have gathered all evidence and stories.

     

    Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? 

    I would jail them to give them plenty of time to think about their actions and read the motd and if they left during the time they were jailed I would ban them for LTAP.

     

    Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? 

    I would explain to him that he is not following the server rules and warn/ban him for exploiting depending on the severity of the exploit. However, if it was a new player I would potentially give them a verbal warning due to them being new to the server.

Also, this appears to be his 5th attempt at appealing this ban while he should only be granted 3 attempts, though some of them seem to have been denied based off time limit. Regardless, this will have to be his last appeal either way and he did not mention this in his post.

    Reasons why it doesn't need any more changes:

    1. It has very short range

    2. It has not life stealing ability and never had that ability, no idea who started this stupid claim

    3. It can block only around 2 shots ever few seconds, more RPM = More Damage dealt

    4. Horrible melee hitreg like most of them

    5. Not immune to Dolos stab or Kronos Chaingun at all, this is completely false and it has been debunked in weapon testing on the server.

    6. If you are that close to the D5 Commander just backtrack and use range, if you rush a guy with a sword what do you expect to happen.

    7. It already got a nerf and the sword only does around 70 dmg to a dclass

     

    Long story short, this is a pointless suggestion that has already been said before

    When did this happen cause when I did testing with the sword it did full damage, same with Kronos Chaingun

    Your' scenario questions are lackluster, you were also only suppose to chose 2 questions not all of them.
    Not only that but spelling is not that good no offense, "specifac" "Get them to all stop talking and HERE everybodys story" 
    question three is not that well thought out, why would you give a person who MRDMed a month ban?
    You do seem you have a lot of experience from what you said but in these questions and the way you followed the format it does not look like it.
    You did not even add a poll.

    Keeping Pro D-Class as a diamond job with only a pistol but giving the Silver and Gold jobs automatic machine guns??? Absolutely not.
    A platinum job with exclusive CC weapons? Hell no. 
    Look I'm all for giving D-Class a little extra but this is absolutely unbalanced as all hell, if this suggestion was to EVER get accepted it would need a massive change to GenSec as well, sure give 3 D-Class jobs automatic weapons, but you know what that means for GenSec? we're just gonna have to buff everything, you're gonna see enlisted at 150 150, and that just makes it unfair for unpaid or LVL job players.

    As much as I disagree with this warn it was a valid one.

    As stated in the MOTD under the all players section,

    11. Players are not allowed to intentionally shoot SCPs with the exception of SCP 035-1, SCP 049-2, SCP 076-2, SCP 194, SCP 682, SCP 939, SCP 966, SCP 1048, SCP 1048-A, SCP 2191, SCP 1245-2, SCP 1265-A, and SCP 5208.

    However I do support the player on 1424 also being warned.

    9. Why do you think you’re fit for H.L.P.R. Bot Alpha (60+ words)? I hope I can use this class to help fix SCP's cells and potentially RP more. I personally really enjoy the Roleplay of a robot class and the advantage it has against bio hazards. I also really like the idea of people being able to reprogram the HLPR bot to do whatever tasks they want. I have also just reached the rank of MA and I feel that this is a positive step forward in my time in maintenance. Thank you for taking the time to read my application and have a great day.

    10. Chaos Insurgency is raiding and you see them breaching a Keter SCP (like SCP-035). What do you do? I would first press my CI raid bind and then run away. After getting to a safe place I would CI's location in /site or /ff comms.
