Hear me out, I have so many duplicates but there is an issue with a marketplace/trading.
People with duplicates can just give them out to whoever wants it and then we run into an issue where 300 d-class have perma pistols

I was under the impression whenever Thaddeus first was added he had the same clearance as foundation doctor. (Everything except 106)

Regardless of the opinion you stated about admins not abusing their stunsticks they are the most frequent abusers I see. I rarely see do i ET abusing their stunsticks while that may just be me I do not wish to pretend that admins barely do it if not at all.
+/- I don't see any necessities at all therefore I am not prone to any side really. In my opinion if et can't have it I really don't understand why Admin needs it.
ET literally have no use for it staff can at least whitelist with it

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?
I did not know it was against the rules and I was just trying to help people by sending an invite to the scprp discord since someone did it for me.

+support police rp already has radios as well as ts. Radios would be amazing for new players and could create a whole section of rp so then people can steal comms.

The current rule is that you may heal 5 seconds after you have finished a firefight. That means no healing behind cover, and no combat healing.

The literal health and armor of an opponent, Lets say D4 for example, is 200, 200.
The effective health of an opponent is how much damage it will take to kill them. for the D4 in this example that would be 400hp.
Armor is basically harder to regenerate health that isnt HP in itself, but increases the effective health of someone
Giving Tau5 400HP would be giving the Tau5 the effective health of a Delta-4. but this effective health is real health (Real health is much easier to get back than armor), And tau5 automatically regenerates!
400Hp is absurd and it definitely should be lowered if your trying to buff them in this way.I would like to say I made this post before the global hp/Ap nerf and kinda just threw 400 out there as an example. 400 hp and 0 Ap would have been the very max. The main thing was let tau-5 regenerate all of its health

+ Support In my opinion there isn't much of a need for ET to have the stun stick off duty especially since they acquire it immediately once they get ET, I have also seen that the majority of people abusing the stun stick are ET members. I'm not saying this as a way to target ET and have nothing against them, if the stun stick truly is a genuine issue then removing it from off duty ET will cut down the amount of players that have access to it and should cut down on the amount of stun stick abuse.

What are you suggesting? - Remove the area on the signs in the checkpoints that you can stand on.
How would this change better the server? - It would make it a lot more enjoyable and you wouldnt just get shot by some random person standing on top of a sign.
Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Not really other than people who use it.
Who would this change mostly benefit? - Everyone

From my experience with thin he doesn't care about the rules and saying this in ooc is frankly too far.

The main issue for people that haven’t seen it is that some people 4-5 in the past 1-2 weeks have joined the server and started mass pm spanning everyone except staff. It gets so bad that ulx commands/ staff chat gets lagged up to around 45 mins as well as flooding everyone’s chat with pms.

It is a rule in Nu7 not to rdm in bunks and as a custom class you have to follow those rules.
