    I don't think it would be in the server's best interest to negate security's ability to request MTF reinforcements. Are we supposed to just ignore them and let them die? MTF really don't spend that much time in D-Block unless there's a reason.

    All this change would do is increase the amount of riots and the speed of which D-Block is lost, which would contribute to the speed of which the site is lost.

    The reason MTF often stay In D-Block is to prevent Class-D from getting to Armory and Breaching SCPs

    What are you suggesting? - I am requesting that whenever senior admins+ claim staff tickets by pressing goto or bring in the f11 menu that it doesn't automatically put them on the staff job.

    How would this change better the server? - There are still a few bugs with the staff sit system such as resetting speed, and it would simply just improve quality of life for senior admin+. As well as since senior admin+ can use powers off duty anyways there is no real need to put them on the staff job.

    Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Not really, but I don't know how difficult it would be to code.

    Who would this change mostly benefit? - Senior Admin+

    Removing the gold bricks would do absolutely nothing to fix the problem, as there's like 4 more different trash brick types that cost less trash. That's part of the suggestion was not thought out in the slightest. 

    There would've been a far better solution to this: Contacting and attempting to cooperate with Maintenance to solve the problem through our SOP, instead of just trying to make it an MOTD rule. I implore you to do this and cancel this suggestion.

    I know I, and other moderators once we hit quota we wait before taking it, for example. After we hit quota wait like 20-30 seconds before taking it, then each 20 goes up 30 seconds. That’s what i’ve been doing and it’s worked well. Realistically people shouldn’t be waiting till the last day to do quota. I won’t be mentioning anybody, but people who do that shouldn’t be doing that. 

     

    I’ve also never seen someone camp on admin job for sits, and with the new saturday-satruday system, certain times won’t be an issue. If anything we should have a chart saying which staff members can be on at which times so people know when to chill out.

    Honestly i like where 354 stands right now. Yes, he is powerful but he isn't obnoxius to fight and i actually have a decent amount of fun trying to recontain him. He's dangerous but has some decent counter play (audible footsteps, using hallways and doors, moving in separated groups), and in all honesty i have never had a problem with his stunlocks. I feel like this is mainly a problem for individuals as once you get stunned the first time there is no direct threat to the 354 player if they are attacking.

    How often are you online on the forums? I am usually on multiple times a day.


    Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat?
    I have no experience being a forum diplomat or anything similar. However, I know the forum's rules, and I try to come at everything from an unbiased standpoint. I have spent a large amount in this community, so I generally know what is expected of people. I may not be perfect for the job, but I hope that I can have the chance to try and use this as a new experience to help a greater part of the server. 
     
    Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision?
    I would say that I have good judgment. In my time on the server, I have seen many things change. From people getting promoted to a whole new map to a change in management, I have been around for a while, and I'd like to think that I know a good deal. However, I always try to ask other staff members around me if they have the same perspective and discuss it with them. 
    A few months ago there was someone who joined the server and maybe after 10-20 mins of playtime said the N-Word. He didn't mean anything wrong by it and was genuinely very nice to me and other players, but he didn't know the rule. He apologized greatly and after I told him I had to ban him for 7 days he was never toxic or rude. He just said something along the lines of "alright, I guess I'll see you in a week. I look forward to seeing you around." I had to ban him due to our no-tolerance policy. Afterward, I was genuinely sorry for the guy, but I knew I had to do it. That was probably the hardest ban for me to do simply because the guy didn't know the rules, but upon closing the MOTD popup you are agreeing to the rules. Unfortunately, he broke them.
     
    How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers?
    I would put them under content moderation and depending on the severity/content of the posts warn/ban them as well as hide their spam posts.
     
    How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal?
    I would inform them that if they do not stop the post would be locked and if they didn't stop it I would lock the post. If they then started arguing somewhere else then I would likely warn them both and potentially put them under account moderation depending on the severity of their conversation.

    How often are you on TeamSpeak? I am in the TeamSpeak most of the time that I am out of school/work, I often just sit in a random channel while working on homework or general things.

    How often do you use Discord? I am on discord on and off most of the day.

    Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)?

     

    I wish to join the support team because I hope to truly help people who need it. In some way or another, I always like to help people, whether it's TeamSpeak support or donation support or simply just how to talk in game. I don't know everything and how to fix every issue and I am not a tech genius, however, I am open to learning new things. I have been in the staff team for almost a year and I feel like this is my next step to further my ability to help out around the community. I feel like I am a generally friendly person and I have learned to deal with difficult people. I am a hard worker and this community really means a lot to me. I love hopping on and just hanging out in the TeamSpeak or hopping in game and helping new players know what to do. Any time that I have requested support for various things, the support team has been there, and I hope that I can be there for someone who needs it next time.

    What are you suggesting? - Remove the spawn protection for Sarkic spawn.

    How would this change better the server? - It would allow Sarkic to actually be able to kill their sacrifices.
