  4. Name- Aspen Steam ID- STEAM_0:0:430629922 Discord Name- Aspen</3#1260 Rank and branch (Nu7, E11, CI, Security)- None of those but I am a CCU PVT in medical and MMF in maintenance. List any punishments you have been given (warns, bans, Strikes, ect)- I had one strike in maintenance (got it appealed) for missing a meeting. Why do you want to join Delta-5? I want to join D5 because it is an amazing branch with amazing people. I had fun when I was once in it before and honestly, I just miss the branch. I had a lot of fun and I want to join again, and stay this time. D5 has great experiences in it and is one of my favorite combative branches. I want to have an experience such as that again. Why should we let you into Delta-5? You should let me into D5 because I am a responsible and helpful person. I am good at combat and I have experience with the branch before. I know I kinda quit not too late on last time, but I wasn't in the best place and I've gotten over that bump in the road. I am happier now and will be able to handle things and be more active, aswell as stay in the branch much much longer. I have been in almost every combative branch before so I have tons of practice in such dealing with things that comes with combat. Do you promise to uphold any and all community, server, and SOP rules and RP values? Yes!!

  6. 1. What’s your In-Game Name? Aspen 2. What’s your SteamID (e.g. STEAM_0:1:55975235)? STEAM_0:0:430629922 3. What is your Rank? MP 4. What’s your time on the Server? 4 weeks 5. Total strikes you’ve ever received? 1 6. How many warnings do you have on GL? 0 7. Who gave you permission to apply? Ayaya 8. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you? 8 9. Why do you believe you are fit for Mobile Mop Force (75+ words)? I believe I am fit for Mobile Mop Force because I have read over the SCP and pretty much memorized what I should be doing as MMF and all of my priorities. I've been in a sub-branch like MMF before (CCU) and have done well in that. I understand the rules of MMF very well and have pretty much memorized them, so I think that I would be a good and trustworthy member of MMF. I feel as though I am a good combatant due to having a bunch of experience on jobs such as mtf, security, etc. 10. What is the main purpose of MMF? The main purpose of MMF is to deal with Bio-Hazardous SCPs on site as well as cleaning up scenes such as bodies, bullets, etc. MMF deals with scps such as 049, 610, 008, and that sort. 11. What would be your preferred pseudonym (name) if you are accepted (must be a name of a cleaning product/brand)? My preferred pseudonym would be Fabuloso.

How many warnings do you have on GL - 0 6. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you - 8 7. Why do you believe you should become a Medical Command Member? (100+ Words) - I believe I should become a medical command member because I show commitment, and initiative. I know the rules of the MOTD and SOP. I have applied many times before and in those applications I have shown my worth. I am active, and I think I am friendly. I can help others if help is needed. Answer questions and help others on their journey in the medical field. I have trained many people before and as CMD, I will train more. I will give promotions to those who deserve it, not those who are just my friends, or those who haven't shown their worth. I am not biased. I will demote people if absolutely necessary. Not everyone needs a demotion, strike fair well too. I am active, I would say more active than a lot of medical. With this activity comes perks, late hours when someone has a question. To see someone's activity, to help anyone who needs help. Train more people, either for a subdivision or just to train for medical. I heal and roleplay, which most of the server doesn't do anymore. I hope you can understand my commitment to this branch, and thank you! 8-1. You have found a Resident Medic in HCZ, what do you do? - First thing I would do is ask them why they are in HCZ. If they give a valid response such as being kidnapped by CI, or taken by SCP-106, ect, then I would escort them back to LCZ. If they say that "I thought I could come down here" then I would simply give them a verbal warning and log it down in the punishments section. There are many situations that require their own solution and how to react. These are just a few. 8-2. There is a Medic requesting to be trained for Field Work, how would you train them? - I would give them the standard operating systems, then go over it. Then tell them "If you have any questions, ask me or someone else if you need. Make sure to follow CoC and if no one is on to help, just shoot me a DM". I would show them where to buy Defib Charges, how to use them, when to use them, and go over the general rules. I would also explain that they are still a Non-Combatant and that all of the normal medical rules apply, just that a couple more are added with your new inventory items. After going over everything that's new with the job, I would ask them 2-3 questions and if they get those right as well as understand the gist of the job, I would give them the whitelist and tell them their name formatting. 8-3. You see an Experienced Medic shooting D-Class in D-Block, what do you do? - I would ask if it was in self defense, if so, then I would let them go about their business. If it was RDM, I would call a sit and ask why they did it. To then let staff handle the situation. After the incident, I would punish them appropriately and watch over them carefully for a bit to make sure they didn't do something like that again.
  8. What is your In-Game name? Aspen What is your SteamID (e.g. STEAM_0:1:55975235)? Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:430629922 What is your rank? (Medical and/or Maintenance) Elite Medic How many strikes do you currently have? 0 How many warnings do you have on GL? (Post a screenshot of your warnings) 0 Who gave you permission to apply? Medical Supervisor Spixe Why are you a good fit for Trauma Engineer (150+ Words)? I am a good fit for Trauma Engineer because I have plenty of experience with both Medical and Maintenance side of doing things. I know all of the rules with giving health and armor, repairing cc's, squading, patrols, etc. I have a good understanding of what I should do when on the Trauma Engineer job after thoroughly reading through the SOP and memorizing all of the rules and priorities of the job. I have played on the job quite a few times while it was open for anybody to flag on and have a good understanding of everything that the job comes with and what to do whilst on the job. I've dealt with healing in all kinds of situations such as healing foundation staff fighting CI or SCPs, giving surgeries, as well as protecting fellow Non-Combatants. I've read over and mainly memorized what to do during things such as combat situations, site codes, D-Block riots, etc and I feel I would be a good fit for this Job. Scenario Questions: Q1: An MTF Nu7 Corporal is in dire need of surgical attention (5% health) but an MTF E11 Captain has asked you to come to SCP-966’s containment cell and fix its doors. What should you prioritize? I would prioritize the Nu7 Corporal as my main priority/objective is to provide armor/health to everybody and make sure everybody is doing awesome health-wise. I would head to SCP-966's cell for repairs as soon as I finish taking care of the MTF and making sure they're in good condition. Q2: SCP-106 is on its last advert and is about to breach. As you are en-route to 106’s cell, a squad of MTF D5 Gladiators requests that you squad up with them. What should you prioritize? I would prioritize SCP-106 only if it was Blue or Yellow, as I'm able to repair things and stop self breaches on those codes. It would be the best situation to make sure an SCP doesn't breach, although I would either see if the D5 could come with or if I could meet up with them after I finish the repair. If it was any other code I would immediately prioritize squading with the D5 to heal them and give them armor.
  9. +MASSIVE SUPPORT -literally as I'm typing this we've been trying for 3 hours to rc him with thermals, ethereals, big groups, all the sort and he's still breached -this is insanely overpowered you can ask many people it can take up to hours to rc him -please just make him more balanced he doesn't have to be easy per say but actually balanced even 682 is easier most times
