(Can be any length): I wouldn't say i deserve anything. I would however like to join the staffing team because to be frankly honest. I do miss doing that type of work. Some of the staff members i have already met seem like the type of people i could be on a team with and do good things for this wonderful community. Wether im accepted or not. I will still make reports on a regular basis. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First and foremost. Keep calm. One thing I have learned is do not feed the raging beast. Talking in a polite and calm manner to help alleviate the situation and to hopefully calm down the person in the sit. If that fails and i wouldn't be able to get a word in. Gagging them could be another good option. All in all the main goal would be to calm them down to try and better understand their frustrations or get to the full picture of what just occured in that particular situation. Keep cool, stay calm, be professional.

Known oofbonk a little while working with him in Purge/IQ. Very nice, level headed, Patient. If anyone in that regiment that I would chose for a staff member. It would be him, This is why I have given him my support as a player of GamingLight.

That's why it needs to be trusted players with a decent enough rank. I would love to see this implemented. While GM training is already on, the officers who have been here for a good while should be able to have a small limited role for GM. For Sims, Training, and what they need. It would create alot of free up from Gm's to do server wide events. Even possibly make multi campaigns again. Off world sever events that last for 1-2 days. Hell I miss that. I am, fully on board with an official Gm helper Role. This could be triumphant! This could also be good training for anyone who wants to be a GameMaster. They would need to be knowledgeable in Gmod Mechanics tho. If not they could be taught to a certain degree. This could be a stepping stone for future Gm's. Just my 2 cents

Well, there are a few people who still know what happened and play to this day. I got off my DNT for IQ and Purge. But the discord was a ban from either one of them for me leaving the server. I just left. And got a permanent ban for doing so.
