    How often are you online on the forums? I am on the forums about 5-10 times a day.

    Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat?

    I believe I am qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat as I am quite active on the forums. As well as my activity, I am very capable of dealing with situations appropriately and follow guidelines and use common sense in all situations.

    Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision?

    I would consider myself to have very good judgment. There has been lots of situations where I use my best judgement for example a player made a report on someone RDMing 2 people and stealing a government car. Once the reporter has told their side I bring the other player up to the sit and let them know what’s going on. They explain to me that they are new and don’t really know how to play. I the return the reporter and start talking with the new player. I explain to him the main rules and elaborate on the onces he broke. I also tell him that he can read the rules by doing !mots in chat. He then thanks me and I return him. I then hover over him and I see he is reading the motd I take another sit and the see what he’s up to and he didn’t break another rule since. (That I know of)

    How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers?

    In a situation where a user is spamming in multiple topics I would ask him to stop and mention that they would get a forums warning if they don’t by a forums DM and replying to his latest spam. If he continues I would contact the Head Diplomat for a formal forums warning. If any of the spam is malicious in any way I would hide the content as well and if the post the spam is getting too intense I would lock the topic.

    How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal?

    If two users are arguing in a warning appeal I would ask them to stop arguing and keep the reply’s to +/- Support only or a forums warning will be issued. If they continue I would contact the Head Diplomat for a forums warning to be issued.

    I get that you haven't been on the server for a while, but wouldn't it only make sense that if you didn't play on the server for a long time to check up on the rules?

    Along with that when you hit X on the MOTD, (which your forced to do to play) it says "By Clicking Close You Agree To These Rules"

    One solid thing to say right off the start, wouldn't recommend swearing and berating the person who banned you on the forums it doesn't look good for you, or arguing at all. But this ban is justified. Making fun of something like George Floyd isn't tolerated and is disrespectful and can be taken as racist and is in this community. Plus from what Vice said you disrespected staff and said that George Floyd deserved it, which just makes it worse. A ban appeal doesn't get determined in seconds nor can the banning admin unban you just because you ask. Just wait out the ban.

    Edit: You also put up 3 ban appeals, this being the only one with a format plus the other two ones are named "When a admin does not like you..."

    I think we should increase the amount of reactions you can give in a day on the forums because I believe the cap right now is 4 then 2 the next day. This would be useful for people like me who like giving a thumbs up or gaminglight love to everyone that responds to my questions and/or - / + supports my posts.

    I believe Dark had looked in logs and reported you saying the N word. I had spoken to Magic and got his opinion on the matter, and he agreed a warn should be given out, but not a ban. I would have spoken to you, but you had already left the server so I was unable to. 

    The N word shouldn't be used on the server, in any context, regardless of your race. It's a rule of the server, which you broke. You may not have been "racist" but you still said the N word on the server which is not allowed.

    I opened logs and the first thing I see is the n word so I copied the log and sent it over to drippy as he was on duty and I was not. Don’t say the n word. Hard R or not just don’t say it. Easy.

    Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) : I believe I deserve Admin for multiple reasons. First off as most of you know admin is the first major rank in staff. With this promotion I would be able to help the server more both on and off duty. while off duty I could remove unused cars to help with server lag I would warn people doing obvious rule breaking that don't need a sit (Copbaiting, Stealing a gov car, etc) and I could remove props that are in the roads (prop minge). As for when I am on duty I could help with giving out whitelists to any job, I could administrate better as I would be able to take sits from other admins without having to call over another staff to return/bring them, if a big rule break happens I would be able to ban someone for the appropriate amount of time and I would have access to more command to help with other small things. As well as administering I could use the new commands to host beter events without another admin to help me with it. I have always tried to help as many people I could while being on staff and off staff as well and I end up taking a lot of "sits" even when one isn't called because for me my sit count doesn't really matter as long as i'm doing at least 30 sits a week and helping the community as much as i possibly can. 

    How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? : If someone was MassRDMing I would first bring them to a roof. Once I bring them if they start cussing at me I would ask them to stop 3 times and if they don't stop I would mute/gag them. I would then explain that they will be getting warned and banned for 5 days for MassRDM | Staff Diss | NITRP. (Could also jail them for a long long time but handbook says to ban)

    What would you do if you think a player is an alt account? : If I think a player is on a alt account I would take a recording or screenshot of my evidence and send it the "Requesting SMT" channel in discord. I would not try to question them about it and would let SMT deal with it.

    What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback? : If a player is threatening to chargeback I would take a recording or screenshot of my evidence and send it to the "Requesting JMT" channel in discord and let them handle it.

    A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging? : If a family is mass minging I would bring the owner of the family to a roof and tell him that they can't be doing that. If the owner is AFK or they continue I would bring the family, gag them, talk to them, un gag them and let them respond to what I told them.

    How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to? (Don't answer with "I know everything!") : If I do not know the answer to a question I would first ask in admin chat, then I would join ts support and/or ask in discord. If support takes too long i would poke people in ts following CoC starting with another admin.
