-support you just came back from a huge LOA -you can cross lines and make uncomfortable jokes -you can be aggressive towards fellow LC and enlisted you confuse aggression and leadership up +you were active +you know what your doing overall though I don’t think you need to move up just coming back from a 2 month LOA and I think you need to work on your attitude and overall direction of aggression and the fact that most of our enlisted and supervisors had no idea who you were was enough to tell me you need to try and interact with them more
