EMS isn't active enough for it to matter this way. If they can't RP with that they have then sucks to suck.

-Support I fail to see any misconduct from Jay. However this format is not correct. Due to the fact that you are trying to bring in real laws into a Semi-Serious server to get someone in trouble is quite petty. I believe you are just upset due to being arrested and not being aware of what it was for. As someone who saw exactly what happened you definitely were disobeying direct orders that were lawful and breaking server rules due to camera spam. If someone flashes a light with high Lu's at someone IRL they would be charged with battery due to the flashing light could blind them or cause a seizure due to conditions.

What you want to see? - So, I believe people shouldn't be able to just KOS people just because they drive over a capture point. That seems kind of exploiting due to the fact the capture point by BP has a very large area. I simply drive through the point not even attempting to capture it and I immediately get mowed down. I was just done from filling up my car. Why should we add it? - I think the rule should just be if people have weapons out and are posing an actual threat to the point. I think someone driving through the point isn't really posing a threat. Even having to warn them 3 times to leave would be better. Not just KOS a vehicle that drives through. What are the advantages of having this? - Innocent people going through the points who aren't there to capture don't just get immediately KOS'd Who is it mainly for? - Crim Links to any content - N/A

How many warns do you have? (No more than 15): 4 Why do you want to join event team? (150 words+): I have a long history of being a Gamemaster on Star Wars RP servers. I have been GM on several CWRP/IRP Servers. I've been doing building in Garry's Mod since 2015. I used to be a quite popular servers "Server Builder" back in 2016. They have been disbanded since then. I would build simulations for the users for training and would build bunks for people. I have a very very big interest in building. I don't just build in Gmod. I also enjoy games like Rust, Valheim, and Scum where I can build bases to my liking. I have a very creative imagination when it comes to stuff like this. I have seen the events people put on and not to be a Negative Nancy, but it is very repetitive. I would bring a creative element to the event team that isn't there yet. Not saying they aren't creative, but I am an old mind with a lot of new ideas. I have had interest in the past to be Event Team, but had too much on my plate. Now that I am basically only doing Staff, PD, and Swat, I have time to adventure into a different realm of the server. Describe an event you could create (Be specific): This event will be called: Hot Potato. The premise of the game is to not die. Last person alive wins. I will have a closed in area that will be built in the event area and have the participates in an enclosed areas. I will have an area where I am above them dropping grenades with 1 or 2 other event team members. It will be big enough that they have plenty of room to run around and make sure they don't get caught with the explosions. Getting people's visional and hearing to being aware of where the grenades are dropping will be very competitive to the participates. If accepted, what time(s) are you available to hold events? I have been Low Command before. I was a Captain not even 4 months ago. I was ready for Major, but my time in Gaminglight was on hold due to unexpected disinterest in the community Gmod. I think my track record of being professional on and off the job shows that I can become a great Low Command member. I am currently back at Moderator for the server and have been active for 3 weeks on PD and other departments. I think me joing the Command team once again will benefit not just myself but the department as a whole. My experience and my dedication was and is something people respect me for. I hope I am accepted into the team once more. My activity has been great since I've been back. I am on everyday. I switch between PD, SWAT, and Crim. Most of my time being PD and SWAT. I help people and I show people how to be professional and how to get noticed in a good light. I see that a lot of people may not recognize me due to a lot of you are new, but I assure you that I am ready and willing to come back to the Command team.
