i hate that i have it on some D-class but am not allowed to us it seems dumb and restrictive or at lest let the CCs us them -
how ever having 1000+ health and 800+ armor is abusing as you need to take like 10 elixers to make that happen

These Exliers have been nothing but a problem since they were interduced and no one has set any rules on them this should have been both High command and SMT priority to set these rules in place when they were interduced into the server. To prevent stuff like this.

However this needs map editing, and I don't remember if it is possible to just temper with the map like that sadly.

i had already verbal warned him for Combat healing told him if he did it again it would be a Formal warn this i was given this video minutes later it clearly shows MTF shooting at him well he was combat healing. also note he try his best to manipulate me during both sits so i would get him off free. he was vary cheeky and sarcastic in the sit too. -

It would make CI job a night mare trying to capture people
5 minutes isn't long it normally takes that to drage a Medical command such as myself from LCZ to CI base maybe less if I'm not cought in any door ways but for this I need to - cause I got to think of CI player and if I can escape then they won't have any fun RND would be bored as shit.
