On the fence about the roll bonus, I really think having more interrogations/hostage situations would be a good thing for all branchs involved and a roll bonus would discourage going for certain targets.

Why do you want to join Delta-5? Simply Put My best friend is command of FTO and a SM in D-5 and ide love to play with him in D5 me and Ireland aka Ghost really my main reason for joining.

I'm one of the most responsible person in the server since joining Medical I have become one of the best in that branch and all though I am also apart of Sec I want to return to D5 as the 3 minute NLR is far more bareable within MTF then it is in Sec witch if you don't know Sec CCs have a 3 minute NLR. Pluse me and ghost always worked well together so being able to team up with him again would be great!.

Staff uses those Adverts for Self breaching sits
Changing them would cause major confusion for Staff and other problems with in staff.

As the guy who put him in the position of DH I feel like he's not 100% aware of what that rank means he hasn't done much to help me with Field work mostly spending his time on CCU instead. Just wish he was more supportive towards his DH job and if he can't then why would I have to think he would with a Command job.
It's not a - support cause he's a decent Medical but I feel like he needs to get his priorities straight before going into command.

682 is one of if not the strongest SCP on the server giving him a buff especially with the one your suggesting will making him beyond OP
682 can one shot anything in the server.

Actually there is. Ppl like me who can't figure out Google docs that alone is enough me to not go into Research. Taking the Elixers from the dono jobs it's basically saying F you. You can't play with the Elixers Unless you have any kind of brains to us Google's docs. To give you a example how bad I am with Docs I failed my college exsames cause I couldnt learn Google docs. It's those dono jobs that allow me to have fun with the Elixers with out having to be in Reaserch and do something that I just can not do.

So it's official I have as of today handed in my 48 hours for both staff and ET. Now what about role play? Not quiet yet I've gone semi inactive in all my roleplay jobs. With the new year coming up I want to begin taking care of me and not have Gaminglight to worry about all the time. I want to get back into shape well also getting back into my community with that being said I will try to make all the meetings for my branches as well as I'll be hopping on once ever 3 to 4 days witch should give me more then enough time to get myself back to reality.

If we were to punished every RDM case with out question regardless of time or sitchiation then all of CI would be perma Banned
Pluse Ghost a jokster he probably didn't mean anything from it other then having fun off of hours.
All though Ghost I will warn you now not everyone the joking type so it can turn left field if your not careful especially if the person is a staff member.

I've been trying so hard to make a impact in the Staff team I Came to SCP from imperial and litterlly Weeks into SCP I joined staff and right away I made mistakes going from imperial to SCP was a massive Learning cerv it still is 2 month later and my dumb ass are still making mistakes in staff. I'm in constant fear that I will get striked or worse cause of my dumb ass. But I'm doing like 80+ sits a week and trying so hard to be consistent with what I'm doing.
Worse thing for me is idk if I'm doing a awful job a good job or am the worst fucking staff on the planet normally I had Bop to tell me those things now that I don't I feel lost and scared. Idk if this is normal or not.
So this is my cry for a mentor in Staff someone I can go to that can give me tips on what I'm doing good or wrong in staff.
I need a new Generation bop to help me.
I don't plan on quitting staff so this is my way of asking for help so I can get better at being staff in SCP.

Yeah let's not give a FG-42 to a D-Class as it stands it gives CI and MTF problems don't need a hundred D-Class welding them.
