[150+ words] I want to become a Trial Senior Guard because in the last two months, I have dedicated my time to the Royal Guard specifically in hopes that I can take this as far as possible. I believe that the added responsibilities will not only show that I can manage it, but that I can also be a great fit within the officer ranks. I have previously been a Royal and Shadow Guard three years ago, and I think that this is a great time to fully apply myself and show what I can do for this battalion. On top of what I can bring to the Royal Guard, I want to be known as someone who can be approached by anyone who may have any questions or concerns whether it be in game or in real life. [100+ words] I believe I can assist the Command by helping them with SOP changes, ensuring the Royal Guard below me are the best of the best ranging from their combat skills to their knowledge of the SOP and complete any other tasks that are needed if command needs someone to assist. I am on this server quite often so if I was to be tasked with something I can ensure that it would be done in a timely manner. These tasks would also prove a great test to prove my helpfulness in the battalion. My previous officer experience may not have been in the same battalion, but the responsibilities were very similar. I could bring my previous knowledge of being an officer as well as my availability. I am on this server just about everyday for 2-3 hours. Do you understand that the officer corps is a serious commitment with a lot of responsibilities (Including but not limited to: handing out Promotions and Punishments, and required attendance to the weekly meeting)?
