I'm runnining it as a general staff sit. He get's banned by someone regardless, didn't take into account T-Mods can't ban. As for no poll, what do you mean? I have to add a pole to the thread?

I have more experience, competence, professionalism and better interpersonal communication and administrative skills than most people who play this game. I have decided to sacrifice my free time to assist in the running of this server because *I enjoy it*. I appreciate the community for what it is and I can relate to the SMT who oversee it. I deserve the rank of Trial-Moderator because I will use it to better the experience of the players of Gaming Light Imperial RP. P.S I used to be an Administrator here, so I like to think I know what I’m doing. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? · Gag them · Verbally warn them not to dig themselves deeper into a hole · If they behave: issue a formal warning and a 5 day Ban · If they don’t behave i.e breaking server rules 7,8,9 or 11: Escalate the situation (dependent on current staff rank) and issue warns / bans where deemed appropriate.
