  1. Lore Name: Executive Researcher Bana Rank: Executive Researcher Clearance Level: 3 List of personnel involved in testing: 1 Security LCPL, 2 Class D, and 1 Executive Researcher Level D personnel involved: 1 SCP: 049 Hypothesis: SCP-049 would simply perform surgery on a Class D to convert them into a 049-2 and try to escape with it. Observation: SCP-049 created a 49-2 instance, but performed a second surgery, converting the 49-2 into a Class D once again. Then, both Class D were instructed to leave the containment chamber, and instead grouped next to 049 at the opposite side of the door in it's containment chamber. Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos): N/a Errors and/or safety hazards: N/a Conclusion: SCP-049 might be a Cognito Hazard, as both Class D were somewhat reluctant to enter 049's CC, but changed their minds when entering it's Containment Chamber. Further testing is required to verify if 049 is indeed a Cognito Hazard.
  2. Lore Name: Executive Researcher Bana Rank: Executive Researcher Clearance Level: 3 List of personnel involved in testing: Research Assistant Joker, Research Assistant Tim Jim, Executive Researcher Bana (Supervisor), and 2 Class D Level D personnel involved: 1 SCP: 999 Hypothesis: SCP-999 would feel sadness if one Class D it already had bonded with was removed, but would create a bond with the other Class D still in the room despite it's separation. Observation: SCP-999 did exactly as we predicted, it felt sadness but still bonded with remaining Class D Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos): N/a Errors and/or safety hazards: N/a Conclusion: SCP-999 will still feel sadness, but sadness will not prevent it from giving others joy.
  3. Lore Name: Executive Researcher Bana Rank: Executive Researcher Clearance Level: 3 List of personnel involved in testing: NU-7 ██ , NU-7 ██ , 1 Security SO, 1 Class D, and 1 Executive Researcher Level D personnel involved: 1 SCP: 682 Hypothesis: SCP-682 would listen to what Class D said then terminate subject after hearing what Class D has to say Observation: Class D was lowered into 682 and instructed to start a conversation with it. Once Class D was lowered, subject imminently was pursued while trying to converse with SCP-682. Class D was terminated via bites sustained from SCP-682. Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos): N/a Errors and/or safety hazards: N/a Conclusion: SCP-682 will only converse if subject is not able to be reached by 682. This should be remembered in case of a breach or when experimenting on SCP-682.
  4. Lore Name: Executive Researcher Bana Rank: Executive Researcher Clearance Level: 3 List of personnel involved in testing: 1 Security SO, SCP-912( to act as security), 2 Class D, and 1 Executive Researcher. Level D personnel involved: 1 SCP: 173 Hypothesis: SCP-173 would be able to move ~10 feet according to Dr. Maynard Observation: 1 Class D was instructed to move 15 feet away from SCP-173, and the other Class D was instructed to look at SCP-173 while 7 feet closer than the Class D looking away. Both Class D survived, with SCP-173 being inches away from the closer Class D. Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos): N/a Errors and/or safety hazards: N/a Conclusion: Dr. Maynard's observations were somewhat inaccurate, with SCP-173 moving ~7 feet for the average blink. SCP-173 is still to be avoided and is still very hazardous when less than 2 Personnel are maintaining eye contact.
  5. Lore Name: Executive Researcher Bana Rank: Executive Researcher Clearance Level: 3 List of personnel involved in testing: 1 Security SO, 1 Class D, and 1 Executive Researcher Level D personnel involved: 1 SCP: 939 Hypothesis: SCP-939 might be able to communicate with a Class D, since it can already mimic words. Observation: Almost as soon as Class D was Lowed in 939's containment chamber, the Class D was terminated by SCP-939. Class D attempted to start conversation, but was killed mid sentence. Class D was killed via lacerations and numerous bites to the neck by SCP-939 Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos):N/a Errors and/or safety hazards: N/a Conclusion:SCP-939 might be able to mimic speech, but I highly doubt it's ability to understand what it's saying.
  6. Lore Name: Executive Researcher Bana Rank: Executive Researcher Clearance Level: 3 List of personnel involved in testing: 2 Security SOs, 1 Class D, and 1 Executive Researcher SCPs: 966-1 and 966-2 Hypothesis: SCP-966 would imminently terminate the Class D whenever given the chance, conversing or not. Observation: SCP-966-1 looked at the Class D conversing with it. after approximately one minute, SCP-966-1 went invisible, and SCP-966-2 appeared behind Class D. Class D was then terminated via Lacerations sustained from SCP-966-2. Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos): N/a Errors and/or safety hazards: N/a Conclusion: SCP-966 is intelligent, and makes sure prey is unsuspecting before it attacks. SCP-966's intelligence should be recognized and should be taken into consideration whenever interacting with it.
  7. Lore Name: Executive Researcher Bana Rank: Executive Researcher Clearance Level: 3 List of personnel involved in testing: 1 Security SO, 1 Class D, and 1 Executive Researcher Level D personnel involved: 1 SCP: 035 Hypothesis: SCP-035 will infect it's host immediately and will cause hostility towards all subject not wearing SCP-035 Observation: Subject equipped SCP-035 but his reaction was different than what was previously observed. Subject took Approximately 30 seconds before somewhat succumbing to the effects of SCP-035. Subject then swung at glass, then was terminated via poisonous gas valves already implemented in the containment chamber. Previous reaction included immediate effects of SCP-035 being observed and being extremely hostile. Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos): N/a Errors and/or safety hazards :N/a Conclusion: SCP-035's effects vary depending on subject wearing it. Some might immediately succumb to SCP-035, while others might take more time to experience these effects.
  8. Lore Name: Executive Researcher Bana Rank: Executive Researcher Clearance Level: 3 List of personnel involved in testing: 2 Security SOs, 1 Class D, And 1 Executive Researcher Level D personnel involved: 1 SCP: 035 Hypothesis: SCP-035 doesn't completely take over the mind of it's host, only partly Observation: After Class D entered the chamber, he then put on the mask. Almost immediately after, the subject ran towards the glass, then viciously attacked it. The subject did not stop, and when told to, subject said "NO" in a very loud and deep voice, unlike their previous voice. Subject then was terminated via gas built into the containment chamber. Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos):N/A Errors and/or safety hazards: Security SO ran into room after test when instructed not to. Security So then ran back into double lock door system. Conclusion: SCP-035 completely takes over the mind of it's host and should not be touched by any personnel.
  9. Lore Name: Senior Researcher Bana Rank: Senior Researcher Clearance Level: 3 List of personnel involved in testing: 1 Security SO, Alpha-1 #, 1 Class D, And 1 Senior Researcher Level D personnel involved: 1 SCP: 049 Hypothesis: SCP-049 would wait for the proper opportunity to turn a Class D into a 49-2 Observation: SCP-049 waited to turn the Class D into a 49-2 to help escape. Once it did, the 49-2 was terminated on sight by Security/MTF. SCP-049 was very decisive in it's timing. Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos):N/A Errors and/or safety hazards: N/A Conclusion: SCP-049 is not friendly, but is very opportunistic and intelligent.
