I try to be very mature on PD and to remain professional to be a Rolemodel for lower ranks so they can follow In my foot steps and can one day become a supervisor and become a Rolemodel themselves. I am a very helpful person I try to assist people when the need help as a staff member I would try to assist fellow staff members If they are In need of help or anyone off or on duty. I can control my temper on duty I'm not the type of person to get seriously mad over things and I will always stay calm during sits while on duty. I am a very well known member In the community I am very Active I try to get on the server at least once every day and I spend about 5 to 10 hours a day on the server either playing on Criminal, Gov or just AFK'ing. I'm a very dedicated member of GamingLight and I want to be able to help the members of the community by taking care of People who don't want to RP and help the community grow even more then It already has since the last time I was staff. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Well, I would bring the person to a secluded area and ask the person to calm down and to relax If they refuse to calm down I would Gag the player and explain the situation to them. After I have explained the situation to the player I would check logs to see how many people they RDMed and how long ago then they will be punished accordingly most likely a warn and a ban for Mass RDM | Refusing to comply with Staff | NITRP | FailRP
