But the main factor is that I know how to do a good job (Due To Me Superadmin in 6 servers) So I know the basics and the complicated things as well. I also do what is best, I mean if it means someone is so bad that I need another admin then is will happen. Or if like someone does an LTAP (leave to avoid punishment) Then if I need to I will do what I need (even if it is my BEST FRIEND!) I also really like working with community! Honestly it is my BIGGEST dream to become at least a Trial Mod. Not only that but also my friend is a Moderator so he has told me a lot. EVEN IN HIS SERVER! I just think I would be a great asset to the team of you guys! How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you Well first I would say "I am bringing you to a sit due to RDM" Then I would tell him that RDM is against the server rules. When he starts cursing I would say stop. If the individual continued to curse at me I would mute him so I could continue speaking with him and explain the rules of the server and why he shouldn’t be doing that. I would then give him an opportunity to speak afterwards and if he were to continue to be disrespectful I would then follow procedure (could be a warning for staff disrespect + RDMing) DISCLAIMER I am not able to be on any day, I can only be on every other day and sometimes more!

I also would be a good person to the team of staff, because I have been in about 15 sandbox servers and my friends server, I know very much about it. I also am on at least 6 hours a day. I am very very strict when needed though. I know why and how to Ban/Kick/Minge/Jail ECT. I am very very nice. I am known by many many many users. I am active on TeamSpeak At Least 12 hours a day. I know how to admin because I have been admin in 17 servers. I have been recommended by friends. You need for staff, I get to see a lot of the community. I am friends with the head of staff. I am always active, so you would have no trouble with me going afk on any occasions. I am very strict yet fair which makes me able to handle many situations taking the stress of multiple cases from other staff members. I know all the rules and that would be a big help to the server if i helped Tmods with questions and problems they are having in sits. I am very respectful which is a nice perk to have to lower the heat of many situations and keep people from leaving the server after getting a warn. I always do my job even if it is my friend that i have to warn which many staff may let there friends off easy, I Don't. I am very trust worthy so you can always trust me in situations allowing other staff and people to lose some stress. I think you should pick me to be staff to help trainees that have a trainer who is busy. I have been to countless sits with trainees who need a question answered and there trainer cant be there. In the sits this has happened i have tried to give the trainees tips but they brush me off. Me helping the trainers watch trainees would relive much stress and save a lot of time for the victims of the sit. This would also keep the server populated and well rated. First i would request a higher staff to me and if the player continues before the other staff can arrive i would freeze him. When the other staff gets there, i would first explain the situation and what the player did to the other staff then, request their assistance in what we should do to the player, and if the other staff has the situation under control i would continue on taking tickets and helping the community of players
