4. Do you have any other experience with staffing?: Yes, I was an admin on both a DarkRP and Deathrun server for about a year each before both servers shut down due to the owners quitting Gmod. Though both servers were new when I joined staff and showed to be quite rocky in management, it gave me a lot of experience.
5. What date did you start playing on the community?: Somewhere around Febuary 2015 (as shown by the few warns I had around the time.)
6. What date did you make your forums account?: Today, but I had an account under the name Dat Mike (or something close to it) dating back to 2016 before losing control of the email associated with it.

13. Why do you believe that you deserve the rank?: I beleive I would be a great addition to staff since although I take the rules seriously, I know they are there to create a more enjoyable experience and will treat them as such. I know the goal is to create a fun and RP based server and the rules have to be enforced to achieve this. I have played on this server for many years and have staff experience to justify being a part of staff. I have also shown discipline in real RP, such as making it up as far at LT in the police force multiple times throughout the years. I always look for newer member of the police force to take on ride alongs, and do not hesitate to help anyone else on the server despite my current job whether it be how to operate a menu or command or to remind them of a rule in place. My main reason for applying is that I want to work to help make the Gaminglight community and PoliceRP as fun and as enjoyable as it always has been over the past 3 years. I am also becoming more and more active in the Teamspeak, especially when on my PD job. I want to become more engrained in and helpful in a community that I have enjoyed so much.
14. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would first ask them to calm down and try to get them to talk about the situation. If they do not cooperate or give me a chance to speak I will cut right to a 10,000 second minge (as cited in the staff handbook).
