    man, you were one of my favorite SMT members within GL ever. you were such a chill friendly guy and it was a blast whenever we got the chance to hang out on policerp or in ts. good luck in the future man, thank you for all the hard work you put into this community. Peace.

    Timm’s Resignation from 31st

    My time has come within 31st to say goodbye to the battalion as a whole, Im sorry I wasn’t able to fully revive the battalion but im glad I could help regardless, and it is time for me to go into Reserves. Ive been in 31st since around January/February, and it will forever hold a special place in my heart. It was an awesome experience serving as Vice Commander within 31st and I can’t say I have any regrets. Thank you for all the oppurtunities and memories, and especially @BadAimfor letting me become a member of Command, which is a moment I wont forget. Not going to do any specific mentions because I don’t want anyone to feel left out if I were to forget to mention you, and regardless, ill miss you all. 

    31st Command/Officers: Keep grinding, I promise youll go far and help this battalion a lot. Just stay active and dont lose hope and just because im gone doesnt mean things get to goto shit...

    Exactly, not to mention it would be *A TON* of work for management to create all these different roles for each department. Furthermore, if one server does, then other servers will want to as well. PM a Forum Diplomat for any of your Forum needs.

    +/- Support for the front line specialist class.  I'm fine with a class that has would have an HP boost and perhaps a new weapon, but I'm not too sure about having  600hp, 200 armor plus a Z-6. The 501st heavy in perspective has 300hp and the Z-6, so the 31st class would essentially be 2x as powerful than the 501st heavy, nearly 3-4x stronger than ST heavy which makes them both a bit redundant. They're not going to be spending 100% of their time placing down barricades, so when they aren't they can easily outplay 2/3 heavy classes and stay in line with purge. I'm not opposed to the idea of a heavy class, but I do definitely think there should be some more discussion about it

    We would most likely restrict it to being a class that is only used during offship events and SGT+ only.

    Huge -Support for the explosives part, 31st have basically one thing that make them unique and different from every other branch, and that is demolition. This would be A) Making 31st even LESS relevant and B) Taking away from their uniqueness which would just hurt the branch even more in the long run. Nothing against you or IF at all of course.

    Personally, I dont see how the "disciplined" part is relevant in the least. What does this have to do with the suggestion (which in essense is just an attempt to give 31st less to do and be even more obselete). Also, be a bit more respectful towards the branch. You might not agree with everyone or everything but at-least be mature and not throw shots at the battalion in a petty way over the forums. Furthermore, we ARE and HAVE BEEN cracking down on minging and TK. That being said, its not your place to deal with it, let 31st Command do so.

    While yes, he did use his physgun off duty you were non compliant and leaving the training room after being told not to. Regardless, this staff member should know better and not do this in the future. Next time just comply with him and dont make a big deal about it. This report is lacking evidence as well to support the back end of your claim where you say he “has no remorse” and also doesn’t show the quote you claimed he said. All in all, this report seems a bit petty. I dont feel Sixx deserves serious punishment for this either but in the future he should know better and not do this again.

    I would say I disagree... we are a “support” battalion but how are we support if we are on the front lines (taking all the heat and fire) and setting up your precious defenses? Our “high damage equipment” is highly irrelavent, im not asking for anything OP or controversial, just a couple changes and a possibility of a new class to protect those setting up defenses on the front lines. Furthermore, the jetpack would be for repairs outside the ISD and such. There WOULD be guidelines inplace for such.

    Oh and id agree with us being different from 501st, Purge and ST. They sit behind our defenses, while we are up front setting them up and absorbing quite litterally 99% of the bullets and fire.

    Just want to put this out there that Staff always comes before RP and the excuse of “missing a staff sit while in combat” or “engaged in rp” is on you, and nobody elses fault.

    I never said you were using roleplay as an excuse not to claim sits. Several responses to this report were implying that because of certain characters having certain types of roleplay it could be excused as to why a staff member would not be doing their job.

    Also having been a part of staff for a long time I have never missed a sit popping up when I was engaged in combat.

    There is a serious lack of evidence in this post. It doesnt show any chat log of him refusing to take sits or any sort of evidence. All it shows is pretty much you accusing him of something and then him defending himself. For all we know, he couldve been dealing with something IRL, or just busy/not noticing the sits which in that case Id say just pay more attention and be a little more focused. However, if there were sits that he was not taking, id like Boobs side. Id leave whatever punishment is needed up to Management to decide of course, but in  my opinion just a talking to would be enough unless further evidence is provided.
