+it would really improve roleplay cenarios.
-it is really annoying to have your police car stolen in the middle of a bank raid or arresting someone, so I think there should still be some rules to it to provent major minge.

-its just wasting PDs time instead of doing what theyre meant to be doing. Instead of for example stopping a general store roberry, they have to track down there car.

Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) Yes, I do. On a former Sandbox server (not active anymore sadly) called Mr Beans Terrible Server. The server averaged 65+ players a day and in the evening even more. I was the 3rd highest rank of Staff (Admin) out of i’m pretty sure 5 ranks of Staff. It was mainly stopping spawn killing and RDM, and making sure people didn’t spawn game breaking dupes. So I would know how to handle sits and mass RDMs like mentioned in number 15! :D I also owned a server for a while, but didn’t get a lot of players so I shut it down. I guess that doesn’t really count. :/

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length) Ever since I joined Gaming Light Police RP (Dont worry this isn’t going to be some really fake sappy story or something xD) I have felt welcomed. At some points people could be mean but overall every staff I've encountered has been respectful regarding all circumstances. Some of the nicest staff I've met would be Funboy, Ruinz, and Matthew, but in total the staff team is very nice. That is the kind of person I strive to be, and I love helping people. So that being said, I feel like I could bring respect and kindness to the Gaming Light community, and further improve a great staff team. Also, I am on most days for at least 2 hours mainly because of summer, but during the school year ill be on probably 5/7 days or more, but for less amounts of time. I want to be able to help enforce the laws of the land, rules that Zeeptin has clearly laid down. There is always going to be rule breakers and rude people everywhere you go, but I feel that with my prior staffing experience, I can stop those rule breakers from ruining an awesome server. I also am in Boy Scouts in my local troop so discipline for me is big.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First once I bring them into a sit, I would tell them that RDMing is not allowed in a calm fashion. If they continued to curse, I would probably mute them and explain why I muted them, and then un-mute them and ask if they have any questions. If they kept being disrespectful and this was the first time of me experiencing them like this, I would inform them of what theyre being warned for and then I would warn them for “Mass RDM | Staff Diss -- https://gaminglight.com” , and inform them that they are being minged and minge them for 600 seconds for twice staff diss and put them in the minge box. I would not be rude to the player, but get the point across.

What you want to see? - A DUI system or a way to test if people are drunk
Why should we add it? - i feel it could give people better RP scenarios
What are the advantages of having this? - peoples RP scenarios and a bigger choice of RPing
Who is it mainly for? - the community, and later on get things to test people if there drunk and the testing kits could go for LEO

I have not seen you before, I say improve active on forums and g-mod. Also please put more effort into App. I suggest to go into better detail on Q14 and Q13. (Note: Do not reply to ANY MORE people on your own App. you can message/PM them though)
Never see you on as well. Honestly 14 was okay, but 13 was just plain short and nothing special. Also if you want to apply again, make sure you wait until 2 weeks pass by. Make sure you try a little harder because admin and staff positions on this server are a big accomplishment.

when PD dont respond, tac units will complain about it that weve not gone to set up roadblocks and help out

I mean like exec said, PD shouldnt be responding in scenarios where mustard gas would be used. That should be SRT forces and SWAT.
My main issue is it sucks as an OFC to get killed again and again with a sucky glock. Make it so ofC has access to a mp5 then +support but right now it just seems unfair to them.

guns should be updated.
Gas masks shouldn’t be handed out to PD due to PD not even having gas and TAC units should be doing all the raids for you. If you get gassed by a tac unit I recommend you report them. Guidelines say can’t have innocents or fellow officers lives in danger of gas. And I’ve seen it multiple times gas gets thrown out likes it’s a regular smoke grenade or a toy.

Honestly there been so many times where I have gotten into fights and verbal warnings and once an actually warning because of breaking NLR like 30 seconds early, and its really kinda annoying. Honestly I think NLR should be decreased to like 2:30 or even 2, but thats just me. Would really like to see this change but whatever its fine if not.

to increase your content count, i suggest you go onto staff apps, suggestions, etc. and plus support them. try to gain some rep too by quoting people and +repping them, they might plus rep you back.
Just make your self known in the community. Like as he sad on staff apps, suggestions, etc. I recommend once you reach LCPL or higher apply for like state trooper or something to make yourself also known among the community. Ya know just simple things go a long way!
Honestly, just respond to some forums posts and make some of your own and your content count will increase without you even noticing. Try playing a wide variety of jobs, both criminal and PD and make some new friends.

What you want to see? - I would like to have the EMS rule changed or have a new one added. (You cannot Mug/Rob anyone recieving treatment from EMS inside the Hospital.)
Why should we add it? - It is actually retarded to see some guy with a shotgun run into the Trauma Center and rob / kill the person I am treating. It ruins the RP and causes EMS to be injured or killed.
What are the advantages of having this? - Having better RP during these situations and reducing the amount of EMS and Civilian casualties.
Who is it mainly for? - EMS and their patients.

Glad you got it back. Same thing happened to me, was pretty pissed as well. The auto promotion can be a little buggy sometimes. If it ever happens again, just call and admin and they should be able to whitelist you, just make sure you screen shot the auto promotion.

I upgraded mine as well. I have the Nividia GTX 1060 graphics card. Ha! When you can run GTA 5 at 60+ frames but run PoliceRP at 10 frames -_-
Ikr i have a GTX 1050 Titan. Lmfao especially when my csgo runs at an average 70+ frames. I feel your pain brother!!
