I used to be the captain of a football team and had to organize practices/ drills as well as solve problems among teammates so the team as a whole was happy and could work together. (Can be any length) I believe that I deserve Trial Moderator because I understand all to almost all of the rules of the server. I am on everyday for 6+ hrs each day. I can help out with the staff ratio because while I am on, there is always staff that wants to RP and staff is begging for someone to take their spot. Most of the time late at night, there is 1 even no admins online and there is constant FailRP and RDM. I would happily take the spot of any staff member at any time and volunteer to be on staff. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If someone was Mass RDMing and when I brought them to a sit all they did was curse at me, at first, I would try just talking to them and helping them calm down. If that doesn't work, I would result to further actions which would be minging or gagging the individual for a short period of time just so I could explain why they were brought to an admin sit and why I decided to gag/minge the person. If this action doesn't work, I would minge the person or kick them for about 10-15 min so they could collect themselves and try talking to them after the break. Nevertheless, I would Warn them for Mass RDM, FailRP, etc.
