Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I don't really believe being staff is deserved. I believed it's about being earned. You earn people's trust not deserve it. I have seen many different scenarios that have turned sour or should have gone a different way. Sometimes moderators can get angry and I don't believe that is a way to get things done. I believe in being calm and helping the situation not adding fuel to the fire. Also being understanding is also another factor. I don't believe it should be your way. I think it should be both ways, thinking about the situation from the player side. I've also noticed a shortage of staff on some days on certain situations. I also want to get closer with the members of the Gaminglight Community. I have very strong communication skills which I believe is crucial to being a staff member. Overall, I want to make Gaminglight a better place.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If someone is Mass RDMing and I have legitamate proof that they were RDMing I would call a moderator or higher staff member to minge for 10,000 seconds. If all they do is curse at me while in the sit I would give them a warn and if they keep doing it again in a future time I would minge them.
