I don’t think this is necessary, yes it requires you to have a gun out during robberies, however has everyone forgot that robbing includes knifes and other weapons? It’s very deadly aswell and very commonly used as such. If someone has a knife you deal with it by taxing them and arresting them. It’s roleplay tbh (i’m just saying in a sense of what was explained, not like many people rob general stores with knifes)
I agree with calamity. If they want to rob the store with a melee weapon then that's their loss. Follow the same rules and guidelines to try and negotiate/convince them to surrender. If not, do what you need to do.
I understand it doesn't make a lot of sense since you need a gun out to start it, but it's a realistic method to robbing.

This is just another petty report by beans.
Saying Uh is not evidence that this was a purposeful shot. People say this all the time while they are formulating something they're about to say. You're making an assumption and coming from the reporter it definitely holds no merit.
This instance is clearly one that would be left up to staff's discretion. Me personally, With the facts i have here, I would go with the lesser punishment of a verbal warning to be more careful. In my opinion there isn't any evidence showing that this was intentional.
Beans, You should try and take more factors into account before making a report instead of looking at one black and white perspective. Obviously if you're capturing a point you're already on edge and then you drive up, get out, and run toward the point, One misclick is forseeable to happen every once in a while. If this happened several times, then maybe report them because they're being careless. You could literally just say "Hey, be more careful next time." and let that be the end of it. You need to take reports more seriously.

No matter what way you look at this there is no possible way to make this sound better than it does. It sounds like you're disagreeing with matilda about how she handled something. Regardless, insulting someone based on where they live and how they sound is a very fucked up thing to do. Not only is it disrespectful but speech and speech impediments are a very common thing to feel self conscious about.
All i can say is I'm disappointed in you.

so you're admitting that you staff abuse off duty? seems pretty unprofessional.
Telling lower staff members about reading staff guidelines is not an admin's duty, Its the HoS job as a admin im not in a position to displine other staff members.
I made this report so that the proper precautionary measures can be taken care of properly so that instances like this dont happen in the future.I'm sorry Bart but i disagree. Saying you have to be HOS to correct a very simple and minor staffing mistake is completely ridiculous. Were a team and were here to help each other out.

With a 7 second video it's hard to find all of the context here and when it comes to reports i'm not going to make any assumptions.
IF a player is blocking spawn then you are therefore stuck. IF this was the case moving the player a couple feet would be perfectly fine.
At worst she moved the player too far. A quick "Hey matilda, be careful on relying on your physgun too much off duty." would have worked just fine.

+Support, He just did this same thing to Simptington and I. Aside from the annoyance of this whole situation we also lost a combined amount of around 25M of raidables. This guy needs to be stopped.

What do you believe should happen to the player: This person should be Permanently Community IP and Hardware Banned.
Any extra information: Simpington and i believe that this is the same individual who has done this multiple times in the past (Including yesterday) and continues to come back on alts to target certain individuals and families.
After looking at Galaxy's player report i've realized that this is the same individual.

1. You should have to buy the doors everytime you base.
2. The main point of having to buy the building in the first place is for proof of ownership, How would that work if everyone whos ever made the purchase owns it?

I'm not sure i'm understanding this suggestion. How would someone own a base permanently? Only one person can own a base at a time. That's the whole point.

I believe anywhere between a week and a month would be an appropriate ban. His presence would have a very negative impact on our server.

What you want to see? - I would like to see an updated to the wanted boards to be more helpful to gov since they have to go off of that to make an arrest.
1. I would like the wanted boards to be able to show multiple wanted persons at once rather than flipping through pages of wanted people.
2. I would like to add additional LARGE wanted boards in more places. ( Outside of Spawn, Outside of DOC, Outside of FBI, Outside of Tac, Outside of PD, Above all the tunnel enterances, etc. Basically add to more convenient places for police to check for wanted people while out driving in their car.
3. I would like the rules to clarify for newer players on gov how this will work for them in RP. For example show how you need to know that John Doe is wanted and know that this person is John Doe.
4. Lastly, With this update it will take much longer to arrest wanted people since you can't go off of just visiually seeing a wanted person. For this reason i think it would work to have players be wanted permanently until they either are arrested, get off, switch jobs, or die.
Why should we add it? - I feel like with this update IF gov can not easily and quickly find out who is wanted they won't care too much about going to check one of the few wanted boards.
What are the advantages of having this? - This is essentially a Quality of Life update to help polish off the new wanted update.

First of all the chances of them actually having anything against you is extremely low.
Second of all, And i can't stress this enough. Whether they DO or DON'T have anything to use against you, DO NOT give them any money. They would only ask for more and more and more.
They are ruthless, If you ignore them and don't give them anything they will move on to the next potential victim. If you do give them money they will attempt to clean out your bank accounts.

Whether or not UMC initiated the fight or even shot back shouldnt matter because they mass assisted a mug of SL. As i see it, We should not be responsible for going through the lists of assists in adverts to make sure the person were about to engage in adverted. At some point a common sense line has to be drawn. Given the circumstances of what happend Beans was a perfectly acceptable casualty imo.

I like this idea. Make this job sort of like the gun dealer job where they aren't direclty a criminal job but they can help facilitate criminal activity and be arrested for their participation.
