Did you just lie in your appeal, saying he said it was an accidental warn?

What is your discord username? TheBats
What is your staff rank in GamingLight? Admin (PoliceRP)
How often are you on TeamSpeak? Always on. (Available roughly between 1pm - 8pm CST)
How often do you use Discord? Always on. (Available roughly between 1pm - 8pm CST)
Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? One thing I am really trying to help with as a dedicated and committed member of this community, and as a part of the staff team, is help with player retention. I do this currently by trying to be as friendly and helpful as I can within my staff position as well as in my RP roles. When I saw this morning that Support Applications opened up, I thought that this would be another great opportunity for me to personally help this community and it's players. I am optimistic of the direction of our servers and I feel that having a welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable support team will tremendously boost our efforts in maintaining and boosting the health of our servers and community as a whole, And I hope to be one of them. I am always looking to learn and do more in an eager attempt to become a more well-rounded, and experienced member of the community.
Why should we trust you to become a member of the Support Team? I believe my experience thus far while staffing and over the course of my long history within this community shows that I am a dedicated, loyal, experienced, friendly, helpful, and trusted member of this community. This is something I try and earn every day.
How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels? Hello, My name is Aaron and I am a support member. What can I help you with today?
Thank you for taking the time to read my application, and to consider me as a candidate.

GOOD IDEA!

Adding some perma prop car displays, furniture, etc seems easy enough to do and would create a more visually appearing atmosphere.

Over the years, we've seen a gradual increase in base building rules, primarily aimed at balancing base defenders and larger groups. While these rules initially added a layer of challenge to the game, it's come to a point where base building is no longer as enjoyable as it once was. Specifically, the introduction of 'Basing Props' has significantly deterred our enthusiasm for base construction.
Here's a proposal to revitalize the base building experience:
Remove the 'Basing Props' rule entirely, OR consider a more balanced approach. Instead of permitting specific props for defense and disallowing others, it would be fairer to disallow only a few, as most props are not overpowered. This adjustment aligns better with the principles of fairness and creativity, which should be at the core of our base building guidelines. The 'Basing Props' rule is not even consistently implemented; it's a small popup at the bottom of the screen that often goes unnoticed due to frequent popups for various other reasons. Furthermore, its scope and applicability are vaguely defined, leaving much to staff discretion.
Why should we add it? - Restrictive and convoluted basing rules can detract from the overall server experience. To ensure the health and enjoyment of the community, it's essential that we return to our roots.
What are the advantages of having this? - It's my opinion that base building would be more fun and more welcoming.

The addition of custom plates, not solely including Quebec, would be immersive to the RP experience. Even though the server is set in Great Lakeside, North Carolina, out-of-state tags ("plates") would be still realistic to encounter.

-Support for now.
I believe it was said in the community meeting that this would not be getting worked on at the moment because we have more important things to work on in order to achieve higher rentention rates which we desperately need.

+Support for an alternate version of this suggestion
Change the Tow Truck Driver to almost more of a gov role that has a radio and works alongside officers.
You could still do what OP wants by either replacing the tow truck with a PD one or putting a pd skin on it.
This could draw more attention to the job and create more RP overall.

I think its a cool idea however I think that there should be a secure channel that only lets say Tactical teams can use like in real life the police do have a more secure channel that scanners don't pick up on. -

+/- Support. I would agree with a 6 month rotation but i would also like to see certain changes/additions/improvements to our existing maps to extend their life of enjoyment. Like repurposing areas of a map that arent used.

What you want to see? - Turn the MOTD into a nested list.
Why should we add it? - This would make it 100x easier to reference material in the MOTD.
What are the advantages of having this? - It would be FAR better than just having bullet points. Imagine being able refer someone to "Section 3, Rule 7" or something like that.
Who is it mainly for? - It would benefit everyone but it would be especially useful for staff.

Here is an example, using a small portion of the MOTD...(I made this fairly quick so there may be errors and/or room for improvement)
SECTION 1: General Rules
- No RDM
- No RDA
- NLR (New life rule) is 3 minutes. Do not return to the place of death for that duration, and you forget everything from your past life (including how you died and who killed you).
a. NLR is 2 minutes for any defending player killed and returning back to a government raid.
b. This means if criminals are defending the stash they have 2-minute NLR. The same is for government when they're defending the stash. When attacking the stash, the attacking side has no NLR.
c. If you are revived by EMS, then there's no NLR, therefore you remember your past life based on what happened. You MUST RP IT OUT THOUGH.
... So on and so forth.
For "examples" in the MOTD you could do something like this.
7. No Metagame (using information that would not realistically be available to your character)
a. Examples of Metagame:
i. You're being arrested, and you tell your friends over Discord/TeamSpeak where you're being arrested.
ii. Using information from Dark Web on gov while no FBI are monitoring adverts.
iii. Hearing printers inside a base.
iv. Using your push to talk to see who is near you and using it to your advantage.
v. Looking through a wall in third person to view inside bases.
vi. Using OOC information and putting it into RP.
b. A police officer can see a weapon in your hands while in a car, and they can act on it.
a weapon in your hands while in a car, and they can act on it.

I would say, maybe add a inmate job sort of like one on SCPRP that can purchase certain contraband that could give a slight advantage like a lockpick, knife (instead of inmate spawning with it), and maybe a more expensive throwable. This job could be 1 person max and only be allowed when DOC is on, could also make it on a donator tier or something.
This would
Cover the suggestion,
Add more to it,
Keep it reasonable and fair.

Pretty sure this doesnt even pay very well for the time+risk.
At most, id say maybe a cooldown from the time you can spawn a new one in.
I dont think ive ever seen any issues arise from these being used without alot of gov on.

What you want to see? - Remove 911 from CAD
Why should we add it? - Almost nobody opens CAD and responds to 911 calls anymore.
What are the advantages of having this? - People will actually respond to 911 calls.
