I agree but to be fair, If i remember correctly the max skill levels were purposefully made unattainable.

+Support, Even though I myself have paid for this class, i believe it should be opened up a little bit more to allow for more RP opportunity. I believe this should be locked behind either the highest donation rank OR a fairly high level to prevent the job being used by someone who isn't willing to RP correctly on it.

Wow, another great idea. (If executed well)
Imagine having 3 daily objectives that can each be completed for a reward. Should be random for everyone so they're not all trying to do the exact same thing.

Isn't spawn out of RP anyway? Either way i guess it wouldn't hurt to spawn on a roof or something.

Prop minging is one thing but you're going to have a hard time convincing staff to let you back after those other reasons. especially threatening to dox someone.
Here is what i would recommend.
1. Before asking for a permanent ban to be forgiven, wait much longer. Probably atleast a year.
2. Spend more time on your appeal. Write in great lengths on what you did, why it was wrong and serious, how you've grown from that, and why you want to be unbanned and rejoin the community.
3. Another tip i would give is to try and involve yourself in the community where applicable with the ban to show that you genuinely want to be a part of it and that you're not the same person.

If you're good enough to evade for 10+ minutes then you should be good enough to escape. The criminals job is to eventually completely lose the police. Eventually this has to come to an end. We all know this, that's why your not advocating for completely removing it but rather increasing the time by another 5 minutes. I however feel that 10 minutes is plenty of time for a criminal to lose the cops.

I mean that's not completely true. Obviously in real life there are LOT'S of variables but i think considering this is a video game i think we simplify it pretty well.

I think this would be a great idea there is also another little suggestion to add on to this .... make it so we have the ability to change how the Christmas model would look with different body groups but if that wouldn't be possible I would definitely be happy with any of the three options it's always good to add a little holiday spirit to anything

No, Using an unintentional bug to work around the cooldown is not a "Game Mechanic". It's an exploit. Also, other people "doing this for the past two years" doesn't make this any less of an exploit. It just means people did it and got used to doing it.
This is the first i've heard of this but if this has truly been happening for two years how has nobody made a bug report yet?
Like i said in the suggestion about this, My opinion is that this is an exploit and warnable but should still get fixed.

I'm afraid that it could be too difficult to find a balance between having buffs to make it worth using and not having those buffs be too OP or game changing. A little too far in either direction would kill this so it probably isn't worth the time to custom create unless a lot more details were planned in advance.
