  1. +Support Was with both when he was on IC and on Purge, was great working alongside him, both in combat and his leadership aspect is fit for this position. Great fit for the position. An application that is not a bloody 12 page paragraph. Smh
  2. +Support Seen him as Tenn Graneet before and he excelled well, way beyond expectations for Havoc. Would be a great benefit for the Naval. Matured overtime progressively as a member of Naval and proved himself in his commanding abilities that he is fit for the job.
  3. +Support Saw the man in the action and he's fit for leadership. Dedicated on ensuring wellness for every enlisted-NCO commando. He is indeed ready
  4. Your full in-game IC name and rank: IC CST MSGT 0039 Maroon| IC DMS MSGT 2135 Bell Have you ever been striked in IC? (How have you improved?): I was never striked in IC. How many warnings do you have?: 3 warnings which have been there from 1 year ago or more. But I have matured since. How is your in-game activity? (Officer activity is tracked by IC and HC.): 2-6 hours, depending if I have something to do in real life. What is your current sub-specialty?: Demo Senior, Scout Sniper Enlisted and Crimson Squad Trooper. Why do you want to become an IC Officer?: The reason I want to become an IC Officer, it's cause I feel like I'm ready for responsibility and leading my fellow commandos. Whether it's SIMs, missions, events etc. It doesn't matter, I want to improve the activity in IC, have the enlisted - NCO's have something to do and reward them for doing well. I've enjoyed so far my stay in the IC and I feel completely welcomed, so I am even more motivated to help out the branch as much as I can as an individual. I'm willing to continue to improve our relations with other battalions and to ensure a steady future for IC in general. Why should you be trusted to become an IC Officer?: Cause I do have experience being an officer. (Notably as a Captain and an EOD Lead in Havoc.) And I've lead some missions already in my time in IC or ensured we complete our objectives during missions/events by knowing every individual commando's strength and weakness in combat. ( Example Demolition Member is great in CQC-mid range combat, but not so effective in long range. But a Scout Sniper is effective in Medium-Long range combat, but not as effective in CQC.) Meaning an officer who understands this will position them correctly so there are no weakness for the enemy to exploit. What advantage would you bring to IC by becoming an Officer?: As an IC officer I would be able to bring more activity, improve other NCO's leadership skills as they are going to be our future officers at some point. Overall have IC engage with something, whether it's RPing with other battalions (improving relations), SIMs whether just IC only or with other battalions (improving in combat) and so on.
  5. +Support Been a great officer during his time in IC Solid in combat Would be glad to see him in the Vice Commander position.
  6. +support -In my experience, was one of the most competent officers during my time in havoc. - Mature - Was a dedicated EODL. Side note for kieran, his battlemetrics are fucked so it doesn't show much playtime for him. As I know by experience that he is on more than just 1 hour lol.
  7. Do I need to say anything else? Man deserves the position. Big vouch from me + - Very active, dedicated, fun as fuck and overall mature. - Walter P.S Good luck sexy
  8. +Support/-Support Cons: Takes RP too serious. Taking IF serious is good but there's need to have a little bit more fun once in a while. Pros: Great Officer Reasonable and Understandable And is great to talk to from time to time. - Wish nothing but the best! - Walter
  9. +1 Has been always active in IF and has been in my eyes an amazing officer and a fun one as well. Great leadership One of the reasons why I am in IF so far. Overall fit for the position - Walter
  10. What is your In Game Name? Agent John Reese MIF33 What is your In Current Rank? Advanced Agent What is your Agent Name? John Reese How Long Have You Been In Inferno Squad? Since 20/09/2021 Why Do You Want To Become An NCO? [100+ Words] One of the reasons why I would like to become a Non Commissioned Officer is because I would love to increase both the numbers within IF and the quality. And since most NCO's are the backbone of most battalions, an extra number in the NCO team would mean a lot. And this applied in my mindset whenever I joined Inferno Squadron since I wanted to help out the branch due to in my eyes not seeing enough agents in the ISD (except maybe 1 and 2 at best in my time). And so I tried out for IF and became an Agent. How could you assist Inferno Squad with this rank? [50+ Words] With a Non Commissioned Officer rank I can show an example of leadership towards the enlisted agents. And obviously do tryouts each day, but also to make sure they are not going to just pass it with flying colours, cause we want quality from our agents, not quantity. And finally to do activities w the enlisted such as ID Checks w officers permission and possibly SIMs w other battalions. How many strikes do you have? 0 Do you have any experience being an NCO/leading? If so explain. Ex Medical SFC - Hosting tryouts, leading enlisted to do more RP such as surgeries, check ups, SIMs with other battalions and leading the enlisted during Missions/Events. Current Havoc SGT - Hosting tryouts, leading SIMs and leading the enlisted. What Qualifications could you bring to the Inferno Squad NCO Team? Confidence, leadership, understanding, cooping w other players and activity. Do you understand that if you are Accepted, you will be on a 1 Week Trial Period? (Failing the Trial Period will result in a demotion): Yes, I understand.
  11. +1 I'd say he would be a great officer if given the chance. Been really active within the battalion and been pumping activities and have the enlisted to do something, whether patrolling, check IDs w officers permission and so on. The only con would be to him is slight minginess that he has in him but that shouldn't not stop him from becoming an officer in any way as he matures more and more. -Walter
  12. +Support - Been very engaging with Havoc. Been an all around an amazing person, mature, has sense of leadership and so on. Doing both Tryouts/SIMs w Havoc. In my humble opinion, would be great to see him in this position. - Walter
  13. +Support| Active, Very Friendly, Past Naval Commodore, a lot of experience and Overall a great guy.
