I also just want to help with the sever I love Gaminglight and want to help if someone has a question or anything and I have been past staff before it shut down and was fun but it was inactive then I leaved the sever and leaved staff. But I been playing Gaminglight for awhile I would say I think I have mature then then the first time I played. When I was first playing the sever I was mingey but I dont think I am mingey as anymore but I am still mingey I would say but I have been trying to be better. I got warns from a 7/12/23 but I would say I know them but just not the best. BUt I really think I should be staff How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first check logs then if I see they Mass Rdming somone then I would bring them to me on like a budling then ask them why if they just start to curse When I ask then I would ask to stop and if they don't then I will gag them, then after that I would ask for help because I have not dealt with it but I would ask for help for any Mass RDM because Tmod Can not ban

What do you want to see?: This idea was originally given to me by Mann aka Darth Vader. I Would like to see alternate mission panel for the Criminals that would allow them to join the missions as opposition. This panel would teleport them to the mission and make them no targeted to the NPC's. The Criminals goal would be to appose the empire and fight them attempting to make the empire fail the mission. If the Pyke are successful in stopping the empire they will gain a reward instead of the empire. With this I think it would be nice for a notification to be sent out to the criminal jobs from the panel saying something on the line of "The Empire have started operation Blue Phoenix, report to the mission panel to intercept" whenever they start a mission. Same would be for the Imperial jobs sending a alert whenever the Criminals initiate that they joined the mission saying something like "Be advised Criminal scum have decided to intercept our mission, available units respond". this would encourage constant engagement between Criminals and the Empire with joining the situations through the automated notifications over us HC having to coordinate with regiments forcing these interactions to happend. I understand there may be balancing issues that may come into play. If accepted I am willing to look into implementing rules into Pykes/Criminal SOPs to support there part in the missions. Why should we add it?: I believe we should add this as it would give Criminals a chance to be involved in the missions. Since adding they essentially had little opportunity to join in, waiting for HC to specifically invite them to join in. This would also heavily encourage activity within Criminals as right now they are looking for more things to do. What are the advantages of having this?: I believe this would be a good improvement for Criminals and Empire interaction. This would encourage more interaction between Criminals and Empire making them become more of a rivalry. this would encourage constant engagement between Criminals and the Empire with joining the situations through the automated notifications over us HC having to coordinate with regiments forcing these interactions to happened. Jay, you’ve grown a ton since your last application and that’s really cool to see. However, I think you still have some maturing to do in two areas before you’re ready for staff: 1. Writing and communication. It’s extremely important to be able to communicate rule infractions and cite your sources; otherwise, frustrated players that don’t agree with your punishments will be more likely to escalate their disagreement or take it to the forums, and you may have trouble defending yourself. That being said, I don’t think you’re far off, because your writing is significantly better than when you first joined, so great job working on that. 2. Behavior. Although I appreciate the honesty when it comes to being “a little mingey”, you always want to put your best foot forward when applying for a position. In other words, the minginess should be at zero or near zero. This may be less important depending on how other players feel about you and if they also thing of you as an occasional mingle, but nonetheless, I think you should strive to say that you’re not a minge at all to improve your chances of acceptance. again, you’ve made awesome progress since your last application and I wish you luck with this one!

Unfortunately, I lived long enough to see myself get turned into a villain. My time in Medical hasn't always been fun, I've worked hard and got nowhere. Being HCMD didn't get me treated any better than a RM. I'm tired of being Disrespected and not being able to do anything about it, I finally gave up on getting HOMS. I couldn't control what jobs had Medkits, or Defibs making medical loose its value. I hope that whoever gets HCMD after me finally gets to restore Medicals Value since it has lost all of it. I was powerless in control of my own Branch, I was powerless against others who disrespected me and my Branch. Finally, I hope whoever succeeds me can regain control of Medicals value. Fuck SCPRP I devoted a year of my life to this community just to be shit on in the end. Mentions: Inaccurate: Fuck you, you were corrupt and a terrible friend.
