Fixed issues involving the DC-17M Sidearm. Fixed issues involving the Dual DC-17M Sidearm. Added a new banning system which allows banned players to play on the server to reduce their ban times. This system does not include blacklisted or permanently banned players, the banned players are restricted to a "Banned" job that cannot interact with anyone/anything. The position is roleplayed as a bug on Tatooine that can be killed on sight.
