Why do you believe you should become a maintenance command member? I believe I should become a maintenance command member because I have been on this server for over 9 months and I know most of the ins and outs of the SOP rules and am very familiar with the community we have here. I also already know what the expectations are as a member of command as I am a part of security command so I feel as if I would be able to uphold what is needed from me as a part of maintenance command. One final thing is that I have been trained or am in the process of finding a trainer for all of the sub branches of maintenance, even getting senior containment specialist as well. 8a. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? I would first warn the trainee that he needs to return to the training room or face being put on a DNT, if he complies I would train him and finish it off by putting him on a watchlist to let everyone else know that he is being very mingey. 8b. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? Firstly I would ask if they’re all waiting out NLR, if they are then I would let them be until their NLR is up. If they aren’t then I would suggest we all go on a patrol together and would bring them around LCZ to be productive whilst on the more off hours. 8c. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? Firstly I would ask them to come back to bunks in order for me to explain what they have done wrong and the proper way of going about it. If they are compliant I would let them return to whatever they were doing and put them on a watchlist for other command members. If they disregard what I tell them I would let them know that they are being removed from maintenance, then I would take their whitelists, demote them off the job, and then log the demotion.
